I just watched the whole video. Not only should this girl be permanently suspended from that school, she should be charged with assault and battery. She needs to be put away for awhile - preferably in some rehab for some supervised community service until she can evidence some sort of civilized behavior.
Having stated the above, people like this don't become this disordered, all at once. Her mother (and, perhaps, her father) never whipped her sassy butt and washed her foul and filthy mouth out with soap.
The problem with this girl is, that her mother never washed her filthy mouth out with soap.
