THOUGHTS FROM A COMMANDER IN IRAQ

Family, friends, and Fellow Marines,

As promised, here is my first "update" from this tour in Iraq. I will try and get one of these out about every month. I hope this finds you all doing well. It has been a very fast moving month and a half as we moved the 1,000+ Marines from 1/7 and literally tons of equipment and material half way around the world through Kuwait and eventually into Iraq. We have inventoried and signed for well over a hundred pieces of rolling stock, thousands of pieces of electronic equipment and computers, joined a few hundred more reinforcements to 1/7 (making us now "Task Force 1/7") and then we put everyone in their new positions, spreading us out over 500 square kilometers. Needless to say, the Marines of the First Team have been busy!

Here is the million dollar question I have been asked repeatedly since I have arrived, "How is it compared to the last time you were in Iraq?" Well, I was in Hit, the main city within our AO, last October and daytime operations were limited to tanks and BFVs driving around the outskirts of the city because to venture inside meant a certain attack by an IED, RPG, small arms, or all of the above. Recently, I went on a 3 hour dismounted patrol through town in the middle of the afternoon and my biggest worry was having enough candy for all the children that came up to me to say hello and shake my hand. I stopped in stores and talked to the merchants to see how business is doing. They told me business is good and improving everyday. I even went to a few shops to look for a carpet for my office and enjoyed myself as I tried to get the price lowered from "rich" American prices to normal Iraqi prices. I wasn't successful but will keep trying! I stopped in one of the police stations in the city so I could make plans with the Station Chief to remove a number of the cement barriers on the street in order to open traffic back up. Those barriers were a must before as there was a constant threat of a suicide vehicle ramming into the station in an attempt to kill as many of the police officers as possible. While that threat still exists, the security provided by the police and my Marines has allowed us to take risks in certain areas as we try and balance security needs and normalcy.

I spend many hours working with the numerous city counsels and Mayors in my AO to address and solve many issues, problems, and to plan for the future. A year ago, the city councils would not show up to work because if they did, they were killed as they were seen as "agents" of the Americans by AQI. Now, they look forward to my arrival so issues like schools, rubble removal, water treatment plants, sewage repairs, repairs of the electrical grids, infrastructure modernization, and an assortment of other issues can be worked out, prioritized, and assets allocated for them to begin work.

I also spend a great deal of time with the major Sheiks in my AO. They are some of the most gracious hosts you have ever met. My Marines and I are treated liked royalty every time we arrive. Delicious lamb, goat, sheep, kabobs, fresh fruits and vegetables are served in amounts we could never finish and we always eat first and get the seats of honor closest to the Sheik. We then adjourn for Chi tea and discuss issues that require my attention such as security, economic stimulation, tribal reconciliation, local government issues, and of course stories of past battles and fights...all embellished but they make great stories anyway.

Three brothers in the town of Baghdadi, one of whom who happens to be the Police Chief and is known as the "Lion of Al Anbar", are particularly gracious hosts. They were some of the first to stand up against AQI and to stand with the Marines. They have suffered greatly for choosing to fight AQI and for freedom. The Police Chief, Colonel Shab'an has had no less then 7 direct assassination attempts against him. I was here last year and saw him after one attack against him was nearly successful. One of his brothers was killed, a brother-in-law was tortured and beheaded, and one of his younger brothers lost his legs in a mortar attack.

Yet, he remains committed to a free and independent Iraq. His talks to me about freedom, democracy, and his loyalty to Iraq and justice are inspiring. Colonel Shab'an has become a sort of folk hero to his community and his willingness to stand up for their freedom and safety has inspired thousands of Iraqis. His two brothers, one a Sheik and the other a local businessman are also servants to their community.

The Sheik is the City Council Chairman and has almost single handedly reorganized the local government from a board of obstructionists to a functioning and effective governing body who work almost non-stop to improve the lives of the people within their area. The other brother is a very successful businessman who has donated tens of thousands of dollars to fix water treatment plants, to pay of the salaries of the police before the national government could or would, and his source network has led to the successful capture of many terrorists and criminals. The nights in their neighborhood are particularly enjoyable as we sit outside to eat and the children in the neighborhood run around, laughing, and sneaking up to listen to me talk or to try and get some more candy from me.

They are so proud of the security they have established for their families, their tribe, and the people in their community. I am proud just to be considered their friend.

Overall, the folks I have met are good people who want to raise their families, farm their land, and just have the ability to choose their own future for one of the few times in their country's history. Their admiration and appreciation to us and to the American people for the opportunity we have offered them is genuine and heartfelt.

While there has been a great deal of progress, there is still much to do. While most of the terrorists have been forced from the population centers, there are still secret cells. We have found and been attacked by a number of IEDs already. We have found a good number of buried caches along the river banks that were planted there for future use against us. Iraq is far from a peaceful land; there are many political issues above my level that must be worked out.

The rifts between the religious sects are as tough a problem to figure out as anything else ever has been...think Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland. But the bottom line is this...we are winning the counter-insurgency fight here in Al Anbar. We are winning as a result of the past 5 years of work by thousands of Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers who worked tirelessly to get us where we are today. This didn't happen overnight and we lost many good men and women to achieve it.

We have put the enemy on the run and we are not letting the pressure off. We continue to hunt him down and provide him no rest. My Marines, actually your Marines, are patrolling in the cities, in the desert, and on the river to find the enemy and destroy him. And the Marines do not patrol alone. Almost every operation we do has Iraqi Police, Army, or both with the Marines.

They are brave, committed to winning, and they try as hard as they can to emulate the Marines they are serving with. At the same time we continue to build our relationships with the local leaders, Sheiks, and most importantly the Iraq people.

I am optimistic that if given the time and support of the American people, we can help create a country whose vast natural resources and potential will make it one of the strongest and most powerful nations in the region. Iraq will be our Ally and they will not forget the sacrifices the American people have made on their behalf. I realize and understand that many back home are tired of this conflict and want it to end. I will not provide any argument there but I will offer that "wishing" away this problem is not reality.

The Islamic extremists that wish to destroy us are not going away, they cannot be 'talked' to, and they will not negotiate. I have been here three years in a row now and I can see the progress. I can see the improvement in the capabilities and potential in the Iraqi Security Forces, I can see the willingness and desire of civic and local leaders to build a better future for their people, and I can see that most of the civilian population has turned its back on AQI because of their empty promises. I can see hope, a hope that many Iraqis have never known before, and a hope they do not want to loose.

Your Marines are doing exceptionally well. They are focused, they are disciplined, and they continue to attack each day with vigor and enthusiasm. I am continually inspired by their courage, dedication, and willingness to sacrifice for others. I am truly blessed for the privilege to lead them.

I would like to thank all of you for your continued prayers and support. It means the world to us to know you are all still behind us and that you want us to successfully complete this mission. Please remember all the 1/7 families and all the families of those serving here in Iraq that have been left behind in your prayers as well.

Semper Fidelis and God Bless,
JJ

MORE CLINTON SLEAZE SEEPING OUT

DO WE REALLY WANT EIGHT MORE YEARS OF THE CLINTONS?

The recent fund raising scandals with Asian contributions and Hillary Clinton , under pressure, finally returning huge amounts of illegal money, the Clintons were the "American connection" for Chinese and Asian top gangster leaders.

Clinton was also linked to ‘international trafficking in women’. (Does sound like him does it not?)

Documents show presidential mission invited organized crime members

Despite White House denials, the Clinton administration has had major contacts with Asian organized crime syndicates such as the Triads, and has befriended kingpins of international prostitution operations.

Unraveling the tangled web involving Bill Clinton, Beijing and Asian organized crime starts with the president’s close, and self-described “old,” friendship with Arkansas restaurant owner Charlie Yah Lin Trie.

Trie, who managed to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to Bill Clinton and the Democratic party, is alleged to be a member of the “4 Seas” Triad, an organization of underworld lords based in Hong Kong.

Indeed, much of the money donated by Trie came directly following visits to the White House by others linked to the Triads, including Macau millionaire Ng Lapseng, whose main business is his Fortuna hotel and hostess service of brothels.

“Ng LapSeng spent two days inside the residence at the White House with Bill Clinton,” stated Ed Timperlake, co-author of “Year of the Rat,” the runaway best-selling book on Bill Clinton’s Chinese connections.

“Ng came in to visit with huge wads of cash in his pockets,” said Timperlake during an exclusive WorldNetDaily interview. “Not just an oval office coffee visit, but inside the presidential living quarters.

Ng Lapseng even obtained a clear photograph of himself with President Clinton and first lady Hillary Clinton, standing in front of a DNC (Democratic National Committee) emblem during a fundraiser. It’s in the book.”

The brochure advertising Ng’s Fortuna hotel boasts, “attractive and attentive hostesses from China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Burma together with erotic girls from Europe and Russia offer you an exciting and unforgettable evening with friends or business associates.”Ng Lapseng with Bill and Hillary Clinton in the White House.

Ng’s cash links to Clinton are direct and deep. He entered the United States with over $300,000 cash in his pockets, and subsequently visited the White House 12 times, according to Timperlake’s book.

In addition, Ng wired Charlie Trie “from $1.1 million to $1.5 million. ... Of this amount, at least $645,000 made its way through Trie to the DNC as illegally laundered campaign contributions.”

One of Ng’s operations includes DNC fundraiser Ted Sioeng in a firm called Ang-Du International. Ang-Du, according to the Wall Street Journal, abducts Thai women for Macau brothels.

Sioeng, however, is best known for his photographic appearance with Vice President Al Gore at the Hsi Lai Buddhist Temple.

Clinton’s ties to international trafficking in women have even caused some traditional supporters to oppose the administration.

“The Clinton administration and the World Bank helped Thailand organize and nationalize their prostitution business,” stated National Organization for Women Dulles (Virginia) Chapter President Marie Jose Ragab. “It is state-sponsored trafficking in women, complete with passports, transportation and infrastructure.”

“Last year in Thailand alone, trafficking 600,000 women and girls brought $5 billion into the country,” Ragab wrote in the NOW Times back in 1992. “The women and girls, the commodity, are invisible. There are millions of them with no identity, no international laws to protect them, no one to reclaim them.

Their passports are confiscated by the traffickers upon arriving in countries they may never have heard of. Sold or leased by catalogues, on videos, or ‘sight unseen,’ they are ‘parked’ in centers to allegedly work as maids, telephone operators, mothers’ helpers. Eighty percent will be seriously physically abused.”

“This is a form of slave trade,” Ragab said recently. “It is worse now because of the Clintons. It was typical for this administration” to meet with Ng Lapseng. “This is one of the reasons why we endorsed Republicans this year.”

The documented contacts between Triad gangsters and the White House also include a “Presidential Business Development Mission,” personally approved by Bill Clinton.

According to U.S. Commerce Department materials, in September 1994, Commerce Secretary Ron Brown and Loral Aerospace CEO Bernard Schwartz were invited to sail on an evening paradise cruise from Hong Kong with a “who’s who” of Triad (gangster) business families.

The official Commerce Department “guest list” for a Sept. 2, 1994 dinner on board the “Pacific Princess” included several family-run businesses closely associated with the Communists in Beijing and the Triad gangs such as Raymond Kwok, C.H. Tung, Walter Kwok, Canning Fok, and Chinese billionaire Li Ka-Shing.

Who are these people?

* Li Ka-Shing teamed with Robert Kwok and Henry Fok, according to a recent biography titled “Li Ka-Shing,” to form the China International Trust Investment Company (CITIC), described in a 1997 Rand Corporation report as an “investment concern under China’s governmental State Council.” The guest list for the Pacific Princess included the Executive Director of CITIC, Robert Adams.

* The Fok family leader, Henry Fok, is reported to be a member of the 14K Triad. According to Timperlake and co-author Bill Triplett, “Henry Fok first made his name by running United Nations-embargoed goods to China during the Korean War. His son was later convicted for trying to bring Chinese machine guns into the United States.”

* The Kwok family, reportedly led by Robert Kwok, allegedly is involved in the heroin smuggling business inside Burma. However, Peter Kwok served as a consultant to the China Overseas Shipping Company (COSCO), and COSCO Hong Kong Holdings, a company owned by Li Ka-Shing.

In 1989, Kwok helped CITIC and Li Ka-Shing raise $120 million to buy a Hughes-built communications satellite for AsiaSat, a company part owned by the Chinese Army unit COSTIND (the Commission on Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense).

Sen. Diane Feinstein, D-Ca., also knows the Kwok family well. Feinstein’s financial ties include her husband, Richard Blum, who is part owner of the far east investment firm, Newbridge Capitol Corp. Blum’s partner at Newbridge is Peter Kwok.

* CITIC, the joint firm formed by Li Ka-Shing, Henry Fok, and Robert Kwok also has a special status. “CITIC”, states the Rand report, “became identified with the PLA as a result of the scandal surrounding Wang Jun and his visit to the White House on 6 February 1996.”

In February 1996, President Clinton met with Chinese arms dealer Wang Jun after taking a donation from Arkansas DNC donor Charlie Trie. The Rand Corp. noted that “Wang Jun is both director of CITIC and Chairman of Poly Group, the arms trading company of the General Staff Department.

Poly Technologies, Ltd., was founded in 1984, ostensibly as a subsidiary of CITIC, although it was later exposed to be the primary commercial arm of the PLA General Staff Department’s Equipment Sub-Department.”

What does it all mean?

“The leadership in Beijing openly states that there are ‘good patriotic’ Triads,” stated Timperlake. “The merging of the Triads, financiers like Li Ka-Shing, and the leadership in Beijing is a nasty law enforcement problem. It is almost state-sponsored gangsterism.”

ISLAMIC HITMAN is CURRENT IRAN PRESIDENT

On July 13, 1989, a frantic getaway is taking place out front of an apartment house at 5 Linke Bahngasse in Vienna.

In an article for the Austrian weekly Profil, the journalists Sibylle Hamann und Martin Staudinger reconstruct the scene:

A secret agent has been shot and he is dragged by two other men between two parked cars.

He is bleeding from multiple wounds.

A man on a motorcycle pulls up beside them. All four are members of an Iranian terror commando unit that has left behind a bloodbath in a two-room apartment on the fourth floor of the building and is now making its get-away.

After a brief exchange of words, the man on the motorcycle steps on the gas, speeding away with one of the perpetrators.

Three men lie dead in the apartment: Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou, leader of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI), and his two associates Abdullah Ghaderi Azar and Fadhil Rassoul.

The three had been lured into an ambush under the pretense of conducting negotiations with representatives of the Iranian government.

Some 16 years later in summer 2005, one "witness D," an Iranian journalist in exile in France, would charge that the man on the motorcycle that day was none other than current Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Are the accusations credible or were they merely part of a smear campaign to discredit the Iranian leadership?

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hamid Reza Assefi dismissed the allegations at the time as "ridiculous and unfounded," suggesting that they were the work of "Zionist circles."

Alan note: U.S. hostages who identified Ahmadi-Nejad as one of their captors were also part of a Zionist conspiracy???

In September 1992, three years after the murder of Ghassemlou and his associates in Vienna, four further members of the Iranian Kurdish opposition, including Ghassemlou's successor as PDKI chair, were shot dead at the Mykonos restaurant in Berlin.

Referring to German investigations into the so-called "Mykonos killings," Profil reporters Hamann and Staudinger note that one thing, at any rate, is certain:

. . . since the 1979 Revolution, there have been numerous assassinations of opponents of the Iranian regime and Tehran must be behind them. According to the German Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BKA), 33 dissidents have met violent deaths in Europe.

During the 1997 "Mykonos trial," the German judiciary threw light upon the obscure chain of command involved in the commando actions.

A "Witness C" (like "Witness D," an Iranian refugee with contacts to the organs of state power in Iran) testified about a fastidious system, according to which victims were selected, located and liquidated.

According to C's testimony, each death sentence was set out in written form and the orders were issued in code.

Undercover agents ascertained the situation in the target area and dispatched lists of requests for the weapons and vehicles needed. The logistics were handled by the Iranian Embassy in each of the countries in question.

"Organized crime of the most developed sort," the BKA called it.

In July 2005, Profil journalist Georg Hoffmann-Ostenhof spoke with witness D by telephone. World Politics Review here presents this interview for the first time in English.

John Rosenthal

The Iranian journalist D is standing in a telephone booth someplace in France when Profil calls. D has recently fled Iran and he does not want to give away his identity. He is scared.

Shortly before dying under mysterious circumstances, an officer of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, or Pasdaran, by the name of Nasser Taghipoor made an explosive revelation to him: Taghipoor is supposed to have admitted that he was himself a member of the terror commando unit that in July 1989 shot to death the Iranian Kurdish leader, Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou, and two other Kurds in Vienna.

The recently elected Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Taghipoor is supposed to have told D, was also a member of the commando unit.

On May 20 [2005], the Green member of the Austrian parliament, Peter Pilz, had a long talk with D. At this point, Ahmadinejad was already a candidate for the Iranian Presidency, but he hardly figured among the favorites.

His name, according to Pilz, turned up "only on the margins" of the conversation.

How credible is D? How plausible are his claims? This is what Profil wanted to find out in speaking with him.

Profil: How did it come to pass that Nasser Taghipoor spoke to you about the hit-team's action in Vienna?

D: I knew Taghipoor since the mid-1990s. He was a friend of the family. He followed my career: where I studied, how I became a journalist. We were genuinely close. We met casually once or twice a month and discussed all sorts of current subjects.

Profil: Did you discuss controversial topics?

D: For a very long time, Taghipoor was loyal to the government. We often had disagreements. He was very active in the Revolutionary Guard, the Pasdaran, from the time of their founding. The values that led to the Revolution were extremely important for him.

Profil: What was Taghipoor's position?

D: When the Pasdaran were founded, they did not yet have any definite organizational structure. They came into being in the revolution against the Shah. The people took up arms. At the beginning, there was no such thing as a career as an officer.

When the organization was formalized, he became a colonel and he was active in the Al-Quds unit, which was responsible for obtaining and securing intelligence and other activities.

Profil: What was his rank when he related to you the story about the murder of the Kurds?

D: He was a Sardar. That is an Islamic rank: something like a general.

Profil: Did he have contact with the country's political leadership?

D: He was a good friend of the son of former President Hashemi Rafsanjani.

Profil: What was the son's name?

D: Jazer Rafsanjani.

Profil: What was his position?

D: He did not have any particular rank. He worked in his father's office when the latter was president.

Profil: When did Taghipoor tell you about the murder in Vienna?

D: In 1380 by the Iranian calendar -- so, about three and a half years ago.

Profil: Why do you think he told specifically you, rather than someone else, about it?

D: I asked him precisely this question at the time and he gave me two reasons: "Firstly, since I know you from childhood. I trust you. Secondly, because you are a journalist. If the information should ever be published, you will know when and where, since you know the field."

Profil: Where did the conversation take place and under what circumstances?

D: I lived near his place of work. He called me. He wanted to speak to me. I asked him if I should come directly to his office. He said no, that I should come instead to his parents' house. So, it was there that we met, after 10 p.m.

At first, he talked about all sorts of subjects for over an hour. I noticed that he was somewhat tense. Then I asked him what he wanted to tell me: He surely did not invite me over just to have a chat.

That's right, he said, he wanted to make a sort of deposition to me: "I'm expecting an assignment and I'll have to go on a trip. If I come back, then you have to promise to forget everything that you are going to hear.

But if anything happens to me, then you may publish the information." And then he said: "If you do what I tell you, then you'll have no problems."

Profil: And then he told you the story about the murder. Why? Did he want to hurt somebody? Did he want to get it off his chest?

D: I didn't know myself why he told me. It was only later that I understood what he was aiming at. I think he had come to the conclusion that the regime was instrumentalizing the Pasdaran and the Al-Quds special unit for which he was responsible. He felt somehow that he had been fooled.

Profil: How?

D: The chief purpose of Al Quds was originally to support liberation movements throughout the world. But the unit had moved further and further away from its original aims and had become an instrument used to eliminate opponents of the regime.

Profil: And he played along.

D: The leadership had begun to enrich itself. They had money at their disposal, which they diverted for personal ends.

Profil: At the time of your conversation, was Taghipoor convinced that it had been right to commit the murder in Vienna.

D: I don't think so. He certainly felt remorse. Otherwise, he would not have told me about it.

Profil: What was the assignment about which he was worried?

D: The Pasdaran also participated in development projects: out of a kind of populism. In light of his qualifications, he was extremely surprised that he would be deployed for such a development project. And he was clearly afraid.

A short while later, what he was afraid of in fact occurred. He was found drowned in the south of Iran: after having gone diving in the Karun River, it was said.

Profil: Did he explicitly say that Ahmadinejad participated in the commando action in Vienna?

D: He mentioned him several times.

Profil: You submitted a written report to the former Iranian President [Abolhassan] Bani Sadr, who now lives in exile in Paris as an opponent of the regime. But Ahmadinejad did not appear in it?

D: That was a general report and I had agreed with Bani Sadr not to name names.

Profil: But there are names named in the report.

D: Only those that were already known. There were other persons whom I did not mention, in order to avoid giving my identity away.

Profil: When did you write the report?

D: The first report I wrote when I was still in Iran, not here in France. It was on the hard drive of my computer and it was then seized by the government. The report on the hard drive was encoded.

Profil: After your home was searched in Tehran, you fled Iran. When was that?

D: I do not want to give you an exact date. Let's say: less than a year ago.

Profil: And how did you then come in contact with Bani Sadr?

D: Before I came to Paris, I did not know him personally. But I knew some things about him. And at first I did not tell him anything about the Vienna affair. It was only after there had developed a certain trust between us that I gave him my report.

Profil: As you were writing your report, did you know that Ahmadinejad was a candidate for the Presidency?

D: When I wrote the report on my computer in Iran, I did not yet know that. Later, when I was with Bani Sadr, I did.

Profil: What role did Ahmadinejad play in Vienna?

D: He was a kind of backup. If something should happen to one of the commando members, he would have been the replacement. But he was not needed.

Profil: But he was there at the scene.

D: He waited in front of the building.

Profil: In 1989, what position did Ahmadinejad have in the Pasdaran?

D: At the time, there were no ranks in the Pasdaran or in Al Quds. They were only introduced later. I'm not exactly sure when. Please hurry. I have to hang up soon.

Profil: Just a couple of more questions. The commando unit in Vienna consisted of how many people?

D: There was a team of negotiators and a hit squad. Ahmadinejad was the link between the Iranian Embassy in Vienna and the hit squad.

It was also his job to supply the weapons. He brought them from the Embassy to the house where the murders took place.

Profil: How many people were there in the hit squad? Various sources now claim that in addition to this group and the negotiating team, there was also a third unit.

D: With Ahmadinejad as the backup, there were three people in the hit squad. One cannot speak of a third unit. There were other people -- who supplemented the hit squad. If the latter had failed, they would have jumped in.

Profil: In your report, you write that the two who pulled the triggers had traveled to Austria from Abu Dhabi under assumed names. How did Ahmadinejad enter the country?

D: With a diplomatic passport.

Profil: Using his real name?

D: I don't know.

Profil: A personal question: you don't want to reveal your identity. Why not?

D: I do not want to put my family in Iran in danger. And I have an uneasy feeling. I am also living in danger. I have gotten support here in France. But I have to watch out that nothing happens to me.

Profil: Are you prepared to give a deposition to Austrian investigators?

D: Yes, on the condition that my identity not be revealed.

Profil: Have you already been contacted by Austrian officials.

D: Yes, by the Ministry of the Interior.Georg Hoffmann-Ostenhof's interview with "witness D" first appeared in the Austrian weekly Profil in July 2005.

ISLAM'S 20-YEAR PLAN (2003)

ISLAM

Islam's 20-Year Plan for U.S.

A refugee from the Muslim Middle East thinks he has discovered Islam's 20-point plan for conquering the United States by 2020 – a plan revealed in an issue of Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

Anis Shorrosh, author of ''Islam Revealed'' and ''The True Furqan,'' is a Christian Arab-American who emigrated from Arab-controlled Jerusalem in January 1967.

''The following is my analysis of Islamic invasion of America, the agenda of Islamists and visible methods to take over America by the year 2020,'' Shorrosh says. ''Will Americans continue to sleep through this invasion as they did when we were attacked on 9/11?''

1. Terminate America's freedom of speech by replacing it with statewide and nationwide hate-crime bills.

2. Wage a war of words using black leaders like Louis Farrakhan, Rev. Jesse Jackson and other visible religious personalities who promote Islam as the religion of African-Americans while insisting Christianity is for whites only. What they fail to tell African-Americans is that it was Arab Muslims who captured them and sold them as slaves. In fact, the Arabic word for black and slave is the same, ''Abed.''

3. Engage the American public in dialogues, discussions, debates in colleges, universities, public libraries, radio, TV, churches and mosques on the virtues of Islam. Proclaim how it is historically another religion like Judaism and Christianity with the same monotheistic faith.

4. Nominate Muslim sympathizers to political office to bring about favorable legislation toward Islam and support potential sympathizers by block voting.

5. Take control of as much of Hollywood, the press, TV, radio and the Internet as possible by buying the related corporations or a controlling stock.

6. Yield to the fear of the imminent shut-off of the lifeblood of America – black gold. America’s economy depends on oil and 41 percent of it comes from the Middle East.

7. Yell ''foul, out-of-context, personal interpretation, hate crime, Zionist, un- American, inaccurate interpretation of the Quran'' anytime Islam is criticized or the Quran is analyzed in the public arena.

8. Encourage Muslims to penetrate the White House, specifically with Islamists who can articulate a marvelous and peaceful picture of Islam. Acquire government positions and get membership in local school boards.

Train Muslims as medical doctors to dominate the medical field, research and pharmaceutical companies. (Ever notice how numerous Muslim doctors in America are, when their countries need them more desperately than America?) Take over the computer industry. Establish Middle Eastern restaurants throughout the U.S. to connect planners of Islamization in a discreet way.

9. Accelerate Islamic demographic growth via:
Massive immigration (100,000 annually since 1961).
Use no birth control whatsoever – every baby of Muslim parents is automatically a Muslim and cannot choose another religion later.

Muslim men must marry American women and Islamize them (10,000 annually). Then divorce them and remarry every five years – since one can't legally marry four at one time. This is a legal solution in America.

Convert angry, alienated black inmates and turn them into militants (so far 2,000 released inmates have joined al-Qaeda worldwide). Only a few ''sleeper cells'' have been captured in Afghanistan and on American soil.

10. Reading, writing, arithmetic and research through the American educational system, mosques and student centers (now 1,500) should be sprinkled with dislike of Jews, evangelical Christians and democracy. There are currently 300 exclusively Muslim schools in the U.S. which teach loyalty to the Quran, not the U.S.
Constitution. In January of 2002, Saudi Arabia’s Embassy in Washington mailed 4,500 packets of the Quran and videos promoting Islam to America's high schools – free of charge. Saudi Arabia would not allow the U.S. to reciprocate.

11. Provide very sizeable monetary Muslim grants to colleges and universities in America to establish ''Centers for Islamic studies'' with Muslim directors to promote Islam in higher-education institutions.

12. Let the entire world know through propaganda, speeches, seminars, local and national media that terrorists have hijacked Islam, when in truth, Islam hijacked the terrorists.

13. Appeal to the historically compassionate and sensitive Americans for sympathy and tolerance towards Muslims in America who are portrayed as mainly immigrants from oppressed countries.

14. Nullify America's sense of security by manipulating the intelligence community with misinformation.

Periodically terrorize Americans with reports of impending attacks on bridges, tunnels, water supplies, airports, apartment buildings and malls.

15. Form riots and demonstrations in the prison system demanding Islamic Sharia as the way of life, not America's justice system.

16. Open numerous charities throughout the U.S., but use the funds to support Islamic terrorism with American dollars.

17. Raise interest in Islam on America's campuses by insisting freshman take at least one course on Islam.

He testified as an expert witness about this case at the US Federal Court, D.C. on February 2, 2007

Background:
In September 2003, after several years of hard work, MEHR Iran announced the filing of a lawsuit against the Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI), the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ali Akbar Rafsanjani, and Ali Akbar Fallahian Khuzestani. MEHR Iran which had facilitated the lawsuit through the Center for Justice & Accountability (CJA), made the lawsuit announcement in a conference at the FURAMA Hotel in Los Angeles . This conference was organized by MEHR to commemorate the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran .

The lawsuit charged that agents of the Islamic Regime of Iran tortured the plaintiff, Gholam Nikbin, 56, who served three years in jail for his conversion to the Mormon faith and for permitting dancing at his wedding. Nikbin was whipped with an electric cable on his bare soles, flogged with a leather whip and hung upside-down during interrogation and punishment by Iran 's security forces in the mid-1990s. The torture damaged his kidneys and made walking difficult.

After the lawsuit was filed, Dr. William F. Pepper who had worked with CJA to make the lawsuit possible, continued his efforts to prepare it for the trial. Dr. Pepper is an expert on international law issues and was the King Family's lawyer-investigator for the 1999 trial in Memphis for conspiracy to do harm to Martin Luther King.

The case was finally tried at the Federal Court of the United State on February 2, 2007. Dr. Pepper and three other trial lawyers presented the case and three witnesses testified on behalf of plaintiff. Dr. Parvin, the founding Director of MEHR testified as expert witness on human rights violation in Iran as well as the power structure of the Islamic regime in Iran .

Judge Bates didn't order punitive damages against the regime and its agencies. He also decided not to overturn his earlier order dismissing the case against Rafsanjani, holding that his personal contacts with the jurisdiction were not sufficient or consistent enough to justify personal jurisdiction

AL-DOURI'S SUNNI INSURGENT COALITION

The Sunni insurgency continues to fracture as US and Iraqi forces are on the offensive in central and northern Iraq. Izzat Ibrahim al Douri, the most wanted Baathist and leader in the Sunni insurgency, has formed a new insurgent front that is willing to negotiate, while a faction of the 1920s Revolution Brigades openly denounced al Qaeda.

A grouping of 22 Sunni insurgent groups have “convened a Unification Congress in a liberated neighborhood in Baghdad” and formed the Supreme Command for Jihad and Liberation. The front appointed al Douri its leader. The announcement, posted on the Baathist website albasrah.net, lists the 22 insurgent groups, as well as the terms and conditions of negotiations.

The Command stated that for any negotiations to take place, the Americans must:

1. Officially recognize the patriotic Resistance and all the patriotic, Arab nationalist, and Islamist Resistance organizations in all their armed and civil organizations as the sole legitimate representative of Iraq and its great people.

2. Officially announce an unconditional withdrawal from Iraq – whether that be immediate or in short stages.

3. Halt raids, pursuits, killings, destruction, sabotage, dispossessions, and expulsions and withdraw the occupation troops from all population centers.

4. Free all prisoners and detainees without exception and compensate them for their losses.

5. Return to service the Iraqi Army and national security forces, which were declared dissolved by the Americans during their invasion in 2003. They are to be restored in keeping with the rules and traditions that were in force before the American invasion and they must also be compensated for their losses.

6. Pledge to compensate Iraq for all the material and moral losses and injuries caused the country by the occupation.

7. Cancel all laws, decrees, and other pieces of legislation issued after the occupation.

8. Hold direct talks with the Resistance on implementing a program to fulfill the principles adhered to by the Supreme Command if the Americans want to have save face. Otherwise the Americans will simply have to leave in defeat.

In addition the Command said that meetings must be held on the re-establishment of a government, adding that one-man rule was being done away with and replaced with system based on Islamic democratic principles as distinct from the imperialist democracy that is notorious for its practice of self-serving double standards.
The Sunni insurgent groups were listed as follows:

1. The Army of the Men of the Naqshbandiyah Order.
2. The Army of the Prophet’s Companions.
3. The Army of the Murabiteen.
4. The Army of al-Hamzah.
5. The Army of the Message.
6. The Army of Ibn al-Walid.
7. The United Command of the Mujahideen (Iraq).
8. The Liberation Brigades.
9. The Army of al-Mustafa.
10. The Army of the Liberation of Iraq.
11. Squadrons of the Martyrs.
12. The Army of the Sabireen.
13. The Brigades of the Jihad in the Land of the Two Rivers.
14. The army of the Knight for the Liberation of the [Kurdish] Self-Rule Area.
15. Squadrons of the Jihad in al-Basrah.
16. Jihadist Squadrons of al-Fallujah.
17. The Patriotic Popular Front for the Liberation of Iraq.
18. The Squatrons of the Husayni Revolution of at-Taff.
19. Squadrons of the Liberation of the South.
20. Army of Haneen.
21. Squadrons of Diyala for Jihad and Liberation.
22. The Squadrons of Glory for the Liberation of Iraq.

WHITE HOUSE - END OF RAMADAN EFTAR DINNER

Guess Who Came to Iftar for Dinner?
By Diana WestFriday, October 5, 2007

http://www.townhall.com/Columnists/DianaWest/2007/10/05/guess_who_came_to_iftar_for_dinner

I wasn’t going to write about Ramadan in official Washington this fall season — not again. But I just can’t resist.

First, there are all the holiday trappings of this by-now annual column — such seasonal staples as my all-time favorite “war on terror” quotation from Abu Qatada, the Al Qaeda-linked cleric.

I just love to trot it out around Ramadan after President Bush has said something utterly ignorant about Islam meaning peace, or, addressing the Muslim pooh bahs he always has at the White House for a fast-breaking Iftar dinner, how the jihadists have “twisted” Islam.

“I am astonished by President Bush when he claims there is nothing in the Koran that justifies jihad violence in the name of Islam,” Abu Qatada said about six years ago. “Is he some kind of Islamic scholar? Has he ever actually read the Koran?”

Ah, me. Good stuff.

Then there’s the holiday excitement of combing through the White House Iftar dinner guest list looking for unindicted co-conspirators.

Since I had to put this column together before White House Iftar 2007, I turned to White House Ramadans past, reading through the president’s old speeches — 2001 through 2006 — to see if I’d missed anybody he’d singled out for a mention.

And I had!

White House Ramadan is so much better than bingo. In 2003 and 2004, President Bush asked Faizul Khan, who is affiliated with the Saudi-funded Islamic Center of Washington, D.C., and serves on the board of directors of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), to give the blessing.

This year, the Justice Department officially labeled ISNA as a U.S. branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, the movement aiming to establish a global Islamic empire, and also as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Hamas fund-raising Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development trial still awaiting a verdict in Dallas.

Then again, maybe the ISNA score doesn’t count in this holiday game since the official co-”conspiratorialness” of the group is practically brand new.

Still, as Steven Emerson has pointed out, ISNA has “never condemned terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah by name,” which really should have come under White House consideration — if, that is, anyone at the White House ever considered anything.

Heaven knows it’s hard enough finding good moderates these days. Look too closely and they might find a Sharia-supporter. Sharia, of course, is Islamic law — wholly antithetical to Western-style liberty.

Take Talal Eid. In 2006, Eid gave the blessing at the White House Ramadan dinner, and this year Bush appointed him to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom. As Robert Spencer has reported, Eid is a Wahhabi-trained imam certified by the anti-American Muslim World League who has actually called for the establishment of Sharia courts in the United States to regulate the family affairs of American Muslims.

Is a proponent of Sharia in the United States someone the leader of the Western world should be honoring?

Hmmm. Let’s ask Hirsi Ali, the courageous ex-Muslim opponent of Sharia from The Netherlands whose collaborator, Theo van Gogh, was assassinated in 2004 for their film critique of the Islamic repression of women under Sharia.

Oops — I forgot. This very Ramadan week, Ms. Ali had to leave Washington, D.C., and return to The Netherlands for security reasons.

Too bad Bush “forgot” to invite her to the White House before she left — not to mention all the other brave critics of Islamic repression including Bat Ye’or, Brigitte Gabriel, Nonie Darwish and Wafa Sultan.

But in these post-9/11 days, only supporters of Sharia seem to get those coveted holiday invites.

Take the ambassadors from the countries of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC). The OIC not only coddles terrorists and lobbies against freedom of speech at the highest diplomatic levels, it also supports a code of human rights derived from Sharia — which, of course, denies human rights to women and non-Muslims.

These are the people who sup with the president every Ramadan and, I imagine, chuckle discreetly through Bush’s remarks, as in 2006, about Islam’s “commitment to tolerance and religious freedom.”

How do you say “we sure pulled the camel wool over his eyes” in Arabic? Under Sharia, of course, there is no religious freedom.

But who’s checking?

No one at this White House. What about the next administration?

I hereby pledge to vote for the presidential candidate who promises to stop submitting to Sharia suppers at Ramadan — even though that means I’ll have to think of something else to write about.
