Surgery bans elderly patient over her carbon footprint
An elderly woman was ordered to find a new GP because the “carbon footprint” of her two-mile round trips (ONE mile each way??) to the surgery where she had been treated for 30 years was too large.
Avril Mulcahy, 83, was told to address the “green travelling issues” over her journeys from her home in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, to the West Road Surgery. The surgery wrote to Mrs Mulcahy, telling her to register with a new GP within 28 days.
The letter said: “Our greatest concern is for your health and convenience but also taking into consideration green travelling issues. Re: Carbon footprints and winter weather conditions, we feel it would be advisable for patients to register at surgeries nearer to where they live.
"We would be very grateful if you could make the necessary arrangements to re-register at another practice.”
Mrs Mulcahy, a grandmother, believes the decision was made because she complained about a doctor.
“When I read through the letter, I found it absolutely ridiculous they were saying the reason was to decrease their carbon footprint,” she said. “I have been a patient at the practice for 30 years now, and there has never been any problem.
“To be treated like this, just because I live "too far away" or for what I feel is a reaction to my complaint, is disgraceful. It feels like they are just coming up with an excuse to get rid of me.”
Mrs Mulcahy said she was anxious and worried at having to try to find a new GP. “If they really cared, they could have found me a new practice instead of just basically saying do it yourself,” she said.
“It is a great worry to me as I am elderly and need to get repeat prescriptions for medication. This is really a stress I could do without. I won’t let it rest though, because I feel like I am being treated poorly.”
The West Road Surgery declined to comment. Andrew Stride, the head of governance, risk and customer services for NHS South Essex, said: “We would advise all patients who have concerns about any aspect of local NHS care to contact the patient advice and liaison service.
"While we are unable to comment on individual cases, we would like to assure patients there is a procedure GP practices need to follow before they can remove patients from their lists.”

DETAILS OF JUDICIAL CORRUPTION AND BY WHOM

I counted to 40 attorneys who worked on Obama ForgeryGate and brought evidence, and corrupt judges and commissioners simply spat in their faces.
Some have attacked me and claimed that I didn’t do something right.
Most of the attackers were Obama’s operatives.
Some of the attackers claimed to be on our side. Among them was Dean Haskins, who promoted now defunct Birther summit, Bob Nelson (or Richard Garruth, not sure about the real name) of ORYR (ObamaReleaseYourRecords of BirtherReport, Helen Tansey, who runs Article2 SuperPack or Article2LegalFund, Arlen Williams and to some extent Sam Sewell.
They attacked me and claimed that we did not win in court until now because I did not do something right, because I did not do sufficient work as an attorney. They were telling people not to donate to my work and to donate to other attorneys. They were posting articles calling me names.
Now you can see that I was vindicated on many levels.
First, Arpaio confirmed all of the findings that I brought to court. My experts were saying the same things that Arpaio and his team are saying.
Malihi did not accept the testimony of my witnesses not because the witnesses were not competent to testify, but because Malihi is corrupt and dirty and belongs on the gallows for treason.
I flew at my own expense to HI. I spent thousands of dollars. Corrupt judges in HI disregarded a federal subpoena and disregarded clear provisions of law.
Later a gentleman by name Bill Wolf hired 2 attorneys with 40 years of experience and a corrupt judge simply sent them to hell.
Now people can see that I was not able to get the original birth certificate in Hawaii not because I did not do enough, but because corrupt judges like Nishimura (California), corrupt attorney General Luie, corrupt Deputy Attorney General Nagamine, Director of Health Fuddy, registrar Onaka are simply corrupt and treasonous and belong on the gallows for treason. I am owed an apology from all the people who attacked me and called me names.
You should go to all the people, who claim to be on our side and demand an apology issued for attacking me
Now a corrupt Fulton county judge Cynthia Wright rushed to dismiss 4 cases: mine, Irion’s, Hatfield’s. She did not even read the pleadings. She issued her prepared order within an hour or so of getting the opposition pleadings.
Just to read the opposition arguments and pleadings, to think them over, to write an unbiased opinion, responding to the argument in the opposition papers in 4 cases, takes several hours.
She sent to hell 3 attorneys, one of whom is an elected state representative, and rubber stamped complete garbage written by Obama.
She did it after Arpaio’s press conference, when he stated that Obama’s Papers are forged and there is no evidence of Obama being born in this country. This woman should be hanging from the gallows for high treason against the United States of America.
Same goes for corrupt judges Clay D. Land, Royce Lamberth, corrupt commissioners from the ballot law commission in New Hampshire, corrupt commissioners of the elections law commission in Indiana, corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder, corrupt director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, corrupt Congressmen, corrupt directors of news networks, who told their cameramen not to film the proceedings, not to report on high treason and forgery and fraud in the White House. When you prepare your signs with pictures of all of those corrupt bureaucrats and judges for the April 15 rallies, think of slogans.
Please, send me ideas for slogans, I will publish them, please send me pictures of the corrupt media executives, bureaucrats and judges, who will be a part of our hall of shame.
We have to bring protesters in front of their homes, stand on public sidewalks and shame them. We need to remember their faces and their names, when it is time to try them for high treason.
Please, write open letters to every Attorney General of the state, district attorney, demand criminal charges for treason of corrupt judges and corrupt elected officials.
We need people going to the grand juries in Maricopa COUNTY AND GRAND JURY IN EVERY COUNTY, state and federal grand jury, seeking criminal charges for treason, aiding and abetting forgery and elections fraud. We need indictments around the nation.

FIFTH SENIOR IRGC COMMANDER IN 30-DAYS DIES OF "HEART ATTACK"

The Iranian State media just announced that another high ranking Revolutionary Guard commander, Ahmad Sodagar, has died of a heart attack.
Sodagar, a major general, had served as the head of security and intelligence of the Guards’ Khatam-al-Anbia Base and was the chief commander of the Guards’ Prophet Mohammad Division. He had served in the Iran-Iraq war and, at the time of his death, was the head of the program “Defaeh Moghadas” or Holy Defense.
This is the fifth Guard commander to die because of a heart attack or stroke in the past month.
Those reported to have died before him were:
Vafa Ghafarian (52), a senior Guard officer, former senior manager of the Guards defense industry and electronic warfare, and the active chairman of Iran’s telecommunications. It was announced that he died due to illness, although the exact cause of death was not reported.
Abbas Mehri (52), another senior commander of the Guards, was reported by the Iranian authorities to have died in recent days of a stroke.
Ahmad Siafzadeh (55), former head of the Guards University died in recent days due to heart attack.
Mansour Torkan (50), former Guard commander and general manager of a company affiliated with the municipal office of Tehran. The cause of his death was announced as a stroke.
As reported before, a “Removal Committee” was formed recently by the order of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. The agenda of this committee is based on the possibility of war with the United States. Its mission includes sabotage and assassination before the war, during the war and after the war.
The activities also include “accidental” deaths of opposition members, “suspicious deaths” of those commanders within the Iranian armed forces opposing war, and terrorizing known personalities not in line with Khamenei, then blaming it all on the regime’s enemies. Bombings in public places would again be blamed on the enemies to heighten fear among the populace and consolidate power within loyal forces.

What so few seem to know is that the injection of an air bubble by a slim needle syringe into a vein - similar to drawing blood samples but in reverse, causes a real heart attack. And if the injection point is well chosen and in a hidden location, diagnosis even with today’s science is very dificult.
The target person really does have a true heart attack! All there is as a clue is a hard to find, tiny pin prick.
Within Iran, this was a time honored way to remove political enemies - or disobedient or recalcitrant allies.
Without having analyzed the status of each of those who have recently died, they are most likely to be IRGC allies of Ahmadi-Nejad, who worked with him in old days when he was an IRGC commander. And now are felt by the Supreme ruler Ali Khameneii to be a potential threat to his plans.
Or have been accused as compromised by the CIA and/or Mossad and/or MI6 or even French and Scandinavian intelligence services.
BTW Thailand is a major center for Islamic Iran intelligence agents and they have bought lots of “protection” from Thai authorities.
What is now appearing is their rabbit hole in Islamic Malaysia, from which they emerge and to which they try to bolt for nearby, immediate refuge.

OBAMANOIDS MASSAGING UNEMPLOYMENT TO FALSE RESULTS
US businesses cranked up hiring in January in a burst of job growth that pulled the US unemployment rate down to 8.3 percent, nearly a three-year low, official data showed Friday.

But Matt McDonald at Hamilton Place Strategies said the decline in the labor force participation rate, to 63.7 percent from 64 percent in December, was a worrying sign that people are still dropping out of the workforce.
"If that full participation rate is the goal, our economy is 'missing' 3.8 million workers," McDonald said.

AND the more acccurate unemployment is 9.3% while REAL unemployment including those who have dropped out and no longer search for work puts the figure at between 16% and 20%! The blockbuster jobs report blew past expectations, providing a shot of good news for President Barack Obama's reelection bid in November. The economy added 243,000 net jobs last month, the Labor Department reported, much better than the average analyst forecast.
Businesses put 257,000 jobs on their payrolls, while government layoffs, which had limited net jobs generation over the past two years, declined.

This foretelling analysis is not really an exaggeration. Oba-Hussein is doing to America what Ayatollah Khomeini did to Iran .
Step by step by step. Out of the same Soviet playbook used by Aayatollah Khomeini!
The only difference is that the street bloodshed that happened in Iran and the ruthless Khomeini executions are still a few huddles away on the American playing field as the still standing patriotic players will not stand for the same kind of murderous slaughter.
But the parallels are there as Obama implements his "change"!
Violence in the USA becomes more likely with every new restriction/regulation imposed on our freedoms;
By power shifted to labor unions and Islamic activists he has put into policy positions in the White House and into national security positions and bolstered with pro-Sharia regulations, which make them immune to our Consititution;
As Obama discloses his "change activities" our ability to communicate and share information, specially on the Internet, our ability to grow our own food without “health” permits for our backyards;
Our ability to speak frankly and criticise our government or demonstrate against it in public without getting arrested (legislation/executive order already in place to do this!);
All adding to the frustration and unhappiness we are beginning to feel as a nation.
All the above restrictions and more are in the works in the Democratically controlled Senate and Congress. Luckily delayed by the 2010 change in Congress where NON-Obambots have a majority and some control of purse strings but sstill only one third of the power structure.
Even less when weird, radical, unelected, unratified , unconfirmed White House selected "czars" govern in a parallel unregulated status over EVERY single one of our daily life activities!
There will come a time, sooner than later, when the Administration uses force (armed one million man CIVIL SECURITY FORCE with budget and arms equal to the military or newly trained martial law forces as Obama demands to bring about) to implement/impose their Marxist-Islamist policies on an unwilling and by then absolutely miserable American people.
The dollar (getting there) will have virtually collapsed to pretty much useless/worthless green “cloth material” you cannot eat nor use to buy food, shelter, clothing or even materials needed for industrial manufacturing. So no industries and no jobs - anywhere of any kind. (prophetic analysis?)
All gone except for a while with jobs in Obama's government suppression forces as found in Islamic Iran, which Oba-Hussein appears to be studying (and strongly supporting) for his own purposes. Even that will fade away as payment methods disintegrate and all end up without any value.
And for those rushing to buy gold or silver (yes, it has risen in value right now) they will end up at that time with bits of valueless, yellow or grey metal that nobody can, nor will want to buy or possess it when food, warm clothing and similar needs are paramount.
You cannot eat gold or silver, nor within a short time frame, will it have any more value than other malleable metal. Remember, no manufacturing means no industrial uses and jewelry will not figure high on any list of essential needs.
To survive, you will need goods and services to use as barter, not financial bits of paper like stocks and bonds. They are not nutritiously edible either.
In World War II, someone who had married a Czech national and lived there, survived by knitting sweaters to exchange for her family's needs like bread, eggs and milk for her young daughter.
She was herself the daughter of a Prime Minister (not England ) who was unable to help her in that chaotic time and her husband could not find any work. Her knitting skills and barter saved the family unit till they could escape to rejoin her father in a neutral country.
If you have seen (or for me heard from an older person) the details of this, you can foresee how things not only CAN be similar here in the USA but already were that way elsewhere because of circumstances similar to those the Oba-Hussein administration is bringing into play in the USA.
We are already bankrupted by his administration for generations, by misuse of national treasure as did the Mullahs in Iran by sending money to HAMAS, Hezbollah and other terror groups while Iranians died of malnutrition, HIV and drug addiction - and unlike the previous USA Great Recession, there will be NOBODY to provide food kitchens for the “suddenly very poor everyone" who cannot flee the new USSA (United Socialist States of America).
And flee to where? The financial crash of the dollar and USA economy will crash more or less all economies worldwide. Third world, agricultural societies will fare/survive the best.
And predictably death from starvation, suicide, murder suicide in destitute families will hit us in the hundreds of thousands - more likely in millions in about two to three years after the Obama Apocalypse crash.
Who do you think can feed a suddenly starving, out of work, out of money populace of at least 250 million people in America . (Out of our 300 million or so).
The other 50 million, living in rural areas and growing their own food, will survive more easily. They will be armed to repel marauders attacking them from the cities or less well supplied neighbors. And have items to barter.
Inside cities, armed neighborhoods will block off areas or neighborhoods to protect whatever supplies they have in their territory. Brute strength in numbers and individual physique will rule.
After local supplies fade out, these persons will turn into marauders themselves and kill or be killed.
Also remember that vehicle fuel (cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles etc. - heating fuel or anything that runs on these - will no longer be easily operational for very long. So to get around people will soon have to resort to horses.
Commerce or barter of any kind will soon be reduced from regional to local as transportation of products or produce becomes next to impossible. Back to old wagon trains and highway robbers.
Even farming will fall back on age old methods of using animals for ploughing. Milking will be by hand again. Lifestyles will revert to Amish type conditions.
No, this is not a fantasy movie scenario, though it could be, it is a hard look at where we are being pushed under Obama’s bus. Few of us have had to deal with either the Khomeini type of power grab or bloody revolution or encountered/faced the type of catastrophes that Katrina brought or flooding in the Philippines or earthquakes in Indonesia. You have?
Then deal in THIS MAJOR DIFFERENCE! There will be nobody anywhere in the USA nor in the whole world to come to your help/rescue. As happens now in a major crisis.
The above catastrophes will be Great Recession multiplied a THOUSAND OR TEN THOUSAND times and will drown any government still willing to assist their populace. Watch what is going on in Europe, specially Greece, Spain or Italy, already hurtling downhill. As America is beginning to descend into our own Obama Apocalypse abyss also.
The saddest part of this is that the author of all this Oba-Hussein-Khomeini will flee to Kenya and cousin Odinga and his ruthless mobs to protect them, where the agricultural economy will be usurped to their needs and of their inner families. Repeat, inner families.
Millionaire Oba-Hussein, whose paternal brother lives in the slums of Nairobi on less than $20 a year has not received even a single $100 bill directly from the man who spends Trillions of YOUR money but not a penny of his own.
All of this sounds incredible in our present social and cultural circumstances and mindsets till you apply the “nobody capable of coming to the rescue” to the formula. And our hurtling into a Socialist/Communist environment/idelogically espoused by Obama. Then you will be able to envision the reality of this.
A disaster CERTAINTY if we fail to see the danger to us and the world in re-electing Obama! Those who suckle at his teats of public money he abuses to keep them on his side blindly ignore that this source will rapidly dry up and the support they want will disappear, leaving them worse off than others who became aware of the danger and DID NOT vote for him.
Denial will not alter reality.
The old and young will perish from starvation first , lack of medical care and the infection of unburied bodies, next. Tens of thousand of corpses at one time once hunger and disease take hold.
Who among the already sick, malnourished and dying or still healthy and strong people, trying to survive at any cost, will take the time to bury so many bodies?
In those circumstances can any city or regional or State or federal organization still function?
Can the Obamabots who consider voting for him seriously promise us this will NOT happen under the Obama policies? Really?
You may wish to challenge or reject the “in these circumstances” premise/facet of this analysis. Why? Because it does not match your experience? You cannot imagine it can actually happen?
Did you imagine the Oba-Hussein-Khomeini Apocalypse could happen in America? Really? But it did.
Think outside the limits of your personal experience and extrapolate what we face now if matters continue down the slippery slope Oba-Hussein has placed under our feet.
It is so horrible our minds refuse to come to grips with it. Yet unless Judge David Carter* decides to take the eligibility case to trial on its merits and Oba-Hussein proves to not be eligible to be where he is, this is the future you face, I face and if they survive our children face.

This foretelling analysis is not really an exaggeration. Oba-Hussein is doing to America what Ayatollah Khomeini did to Iran .
Step by step by step. Out of the same Soviet playbook used by Aayatollah Khomeini!
The only difference is that the street bloodshed that happened in Iran and the ruthless Khomeini executions are still a few huddles away on the American playing field as the still standing patriotic players will not stand for the same kind of murderous slaughter.
But the parallels are there as Obama implements his "change"!
Violence in the USA becomes more likely with every new restriction/regulation imposed on our freedoms;
By power shifted to labor unions and Islamic activists he has put into policy positions in the White House and into national security positions and bolstered with pro-Sharia regulations, which make them immune to our Consititution;
As Obama discloses his "change activities" our ability to communicate and share information, specially on the Internet, our ability to grow our own food without “health” permits for our backyards;
Our ability to speak frankly and criticise our government or demonstrate against it in public without getting arrested (legislation/executive order already in place to do this!);
All adding to the frustration and unhappiness we are beginning to feel as a nation.
All the above restrictions and more are in the works in the Democratically controlled Senate and Congress. Luckily delayed by the 2010 change in Congress where NON-Obambots have a majority and some control of purse strings but sstill only one third of the power structure.
Even less when weird, radical, unelected, unratified , unconfirmed White House selected "czars" govern in a parallel unregulated status over EVERY single one of our daily life activities!
There will come a time, sooner than later, when the Administration uses force (armed one million man CIVIL SECURITY FORCE with budget and arms equal to the military or newly trained martial law forces as Obama demands to bring about) to implement/impose their Marxist-Islamist policies on an unwilling and by then absolutely miserable American people.
The dollar (getting there) will have virtually collapsed to pretty much useless/worthless green “cloth material” you cannot eat nor use to buy food, shelter, clothing or even materials needed for industrial manufacturing. So no industries and no jobs - anywhere of any kind. (prophetic analysis?)
All gone except for a while with jobs in Obama's government suppression forces as found in Islamic Iran, which Oba-Hussein appears to be studying (and strongly supporting) for his own purposes. Even that will fade away as payment methods disintegrate and all end up without any value.
And for those rushing to buy gold or silver (yes, it has risen in value right now) they will end up at that time with bits of valueless, yellow or grey metal that nobody can, nor will want to buy or possess it when food, warm clothing and similar needs are paramount.
You cannot eat gold or silver, nor within a short time frame, will it have any more value than other malleable metal. Remember, no manufacturing means no industrial uses and jewelry will not figure high on any list of essential needs.
To survive, you will need goods and services to use as barter, not financial bits of paper like stocks and bonds. They are not nutritiously edible either.
In World War II, someone who had married a Czech national and lived there, survived by knitting sweaters to exchange for her family's needs like bread, eggs and milk for her young daughter.
She was herself the daughter of a Prime Minister (not England ) who was unable to help her in that chaotic time and her husband could not find any work. Her knitting skills and barter saved the family unit till they could escape to rejoin her father in a neutral country.
If you have seen (or for me heard from an older person) the details of this, you can foresee how things not only CAN be similar here in the USA but already were that way elsewhere because of circumstances similar to those the Oba-Hussein administration is bringing into play in the USA.
We are already bankrupted by his administration for generations, by misuse of national treasure as did the Mullahs in Iran by sending money to HAMAS, Hezbollah and other terror groups while Iranians died of malnutrition, HIV and drug addiction - and unlike the previous USA Great Recession, there will be NOBODY to provide food kitchens for the “suddenly very poor everyone" who cannot flee the new USSA (United Socialist States of America).
And flee to where? The financial crash of the dollar and USA economy will crash more or less all economies worldwide. Third world, agricultural societies will fare/survive the best.
And predictably death from starvation, suicide, murder suicide in destitute families will hit us in the hundreds of thousands - more likely in millions in about two to three years after the Obama Apocalypse crash.
Who do you think can feed a suddenly starving, out of work, out of money populace of at least 250 million people in America . (Out of our 300 million or so).
The other 50 million, living in rural areas and growing their own food, will survive more easily. They will be armed to repel marauders attacking them from the cities or less well supplied neighbors. And have items to barter.
Inside cities, armed neighborhoods will block off areas or neighborhoods to protect whatever supplies they have in their territory. Brute strength in numbers and individual physique will rule.
After local supplies fade out, these persons will turn into marauders themselves and kill or be killed.
Also remember that vehicle fuel (cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles etc. - heating fuel or anything that runs on these - will no longer be easily operational for very long. So to get around people will soon have to resort to horses.
Commerce or barter of any kind will soon be reduced from regional to local as transportation of products or produce becomes next to impossible. Back to old wagon trains and highway robbers.
Even farming will fall back on age old methods of using animals for ploughing. Milking will be by hand again. Lifestyles will revert to Amish type conditions.
No, this is not a fantasy movie scenario, though it could be, it is a hard look at where we are being pushed under Obama’s bus. Few of us have had to deal with either the Khomeini type of power grab or bloody revolution or encountered/faced the type of catastrophes that Katrina brought or flooding in the Philippines or earthquakes in Indonesia. You have?
Then deal in THIS MAJOR DIFFERENCE! There will be nobody anywhere in the USA nor in the whole world to come to your help/rescue. As happens now in a major crisis.
The above catastrophes will be Great Recession multiplied a THOUSAND OR TEN THOUSAND times and will drown any government still willing to assist their populace. Watch what is going on in Europe, specially Greece, Spain or Italy, already hurtling downhill. As America is beginning to descend into our own Obama Apocalypse abyss also.
The saddest part of this is that the author of all this Oba-Hussein-Khomeini will flee to Kenya and cousin Odinga and his ruthless mobs to protect them, where the agricultural economy will be usurped to their needs and of their inner families. Repeat, inner families.
Millionaire Oba-Hussein, whose paternal brother lives in the slums of Nairobi on less than $20 a year has not received even a single $100 bill directly from the man who spends Trillions of YOUR money but not a penny of his own.
All of this sounds incredible in our present social and cultural circumstances and mindsets till you apply the “nobody capable of coming to the rescue” to the formula. And our hurtling into a Socialist/Communist environment/idelogically espoused by Obama. Then you will be able to envision the reality of this.
A disaster CERTAINTY if we fail to see the danger to us and the world in re-electing Obama! Those who suckle at his teats of public money he abuses to keep them on his side blindly ignore that this source will rapidly dry up and the support they want will disappear, leaving them worse off than others who became aware of the danger and DID NOT vote for him.
Denial will not alter reality.
The old and young will perish from starvation first , lack of medical care and the infection of unburied bodies, next. Tens of thousand of corpses at one time once hunger and disease take hold.
Who among the already sick, malnourished and dying or still healthy and strong people, trying to survive at any cost, will take the time to bury so many bodies?
In those circumstances can any city or regional or State or federal organization still function?
Can the Obamabots who consider voting for him seriously promise us this will NOT happen under the Obama policies? Really?
You may wish to challenge or reject the “in these circumstances” premise/facet of this analysis. Why? Because it does not match your experience? You cannot imagine it can actually happen?
Did you imagine the Oba-Hussein-Khomeini Apocalypse could happen in America? Really? But it did.
Think outside the limits of your personal experience and extrapolate what we face now if matters continue down the slippery slope Oba-Hussein has placed under our feet.

PA Leader Abbas Meets Woman Who Aided 2001 Killing of Israeli Teen (AP-Washington Post)
Israel is furious at Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas for meeting Wednesday in Turkey with Amna Muna, a Palestinian woman who infamously lured an Israeli teen to the West Bank in 2001, where he was murdered by Palestinians.
Muna was serving a life sentence until she was released in October in a swap for captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.
Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said, "the Palestinian leadership seems to be putting murderers up on a pedestal. This raises serious questions as to their commitment and their desire to end the conflict."
U.S. Commander Visits Israel to Finalize Missile Drill- Yaakov Katz (Jerusalem Post)
Lt.-Gen. Frank Gorenc, commander of the U.S. Third Air Force based in Germany, visited Israel last week to finalize plans for the largest-ever missile defense exercise this spring, which will include the deployment in Israel of several thousand American soldiers.
The drill will include the establishment of U.S. command posts in Israel and IDF command posts at EUCOM headquarters in Germany - with the ultimate goal of establishing joint task forces in the event of a large-scale conflict in the Middle East.
UNESCO Funds Palestinian Magazine Glorifying Hitler- Jordana Horn (Jerusalem Post)
The Simon Wiesenthal Center asked UNESCO's director-general Wednesday to suspend its sponsorship of a Palestinian children's magazine that applauded Hitler for murdering Jews.
According to Palestinian Media Watch, the educational magazine Zayafuna published an essay in February 2011 by a teenage Palestinian girl who wrote about meeting Adolf Hitler in a dream.
Hitler tells her that he killed the Jews "so you would all know that they are a nation who spreads destruction all over the world."

U.S. Man Convicted of Conspiring to Help al-Qaeda- Laura Crimaldi (AP)
Tarek Mehanna, 29, born in the U.S. and raised in the Boston suburbs, was convicted Tuesday of conspiring to help al-Qaeda and plotting to kill U.S. soldiers in Iraq.
Prosecutors said Mehanna and two friends conspired to travel to Yemen to receive training at a terrorism camp and eventually go on to Iraq to fight and kill U.S. soldiers there.
Mehanna returned home and began to see himself as part of the al-Qaeda "media wing," translating materials promoting violent jihad and distributing them over the Internet, prosecutors said.

With Assad gone, Hizbullah could lose both political backing as well as logistical and operational assistance. Hizbullah may have a hard time building good relations with the same Syrian opposition forces that it earlier accused of being on the American and Israeli payroll. A regime change in Syria might also provide a powerful second-wind to the forces of Lebanon's "Cedar Revolution" of spring 2005. Palestinian news sources reported this month that Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan promised $300 million to the Gaza-based terrorist organization Hamas. According to the Arabic daily al-Hayat, the group's external leaders are fleeing Damascus. Egypt, Tunisia, and Qatar have all reportedly considered hosting Hamas' external headquarters, but each has a generally risk-averse foreign policy, under which the terrorist group would be an undue liability.
In the end, Turkish patronage of Hamas is unlikely. Hamas would destroy whatever remains of its relationship with Iran by moving into regional rival Turkey's orbit. If Hamas remains financially hobbled and homeless, after 24 years of violence, the terror group may have little choice but to bend. * Israel has been publicly debating the wisdom of a military strike on Iran's nuclear program. But it is not "sleepwalking" into a war. The Israeli discourse is a real debate driven by the feeling that Iran's nuclear project is advancing, international resolve is insufficient and regime change does not look imminent.
* Israel perceives a nuclear Iran as a potentially existential threat. The possible combination of extreme Islamism, a messianic leadership calling to "wipe Israel off the map," and nuclear weapons is deeply sobering. Given Israel's collective memory of the Holocaust and its hostile surroundings, Israelis take this threat especially seriously.
* Even assuming Iran can be deterred from using a nuclear bomb, a nuclear Iran will dramatically upset the strategic balance in a region undergoing revolutionary transition. Having defeated international pressure and acquired a nuclear umbrella, Iran will be emboldened as a radical regional pole.
* A nuclear Iran will overshadow the calculations of regional actors, trigger a regional nuclear arms race, destroy the non-proliferation treaty and increase the danger of miscalculation towards a nuclear crisis.
* Iran will escalate its destabilizing power projection, threatening Israel and moderate Arab regimes, undermining any peace process, manipulating energy markets and posing as guardian of certain Muslim communities even beyond the Middle East. Over time, one cannot rule out proliferation to non-state actors. Containment and deterrence will do little to offset these severe consequences.
* The Israeli public debate reflects the fact that Israelis do not want war. Rather, they feel that while the problem is not exclusively theirs, a failure of international pressure will leave them alone with that decision. * Stormy Weather Ahead for Hizbullah
Despite Hizbullah's repeated reassurances, it seems that the actual level of popular and political support for the group is not as solid as Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah would like us to believe. Nasrallah's continuing support for the Assad regime has been widely criticized, both within Lebanon as well as regionally. Political commentators and pundits - especially in Lebanon and within the Gulf - have publicly denounced Hizbullah's support for the Assad regime.
With Assad gone, Hizbullah could lose both political backing as well as logistical and operational assistance. Hizbullah may have a hard time building good relations with the same Syrian opposition forces that it earlier accused of being on the American and Israeli payroll. A regime change in Syria might also provide a powerful second-wind to the forces of Lebanon's "Cedar Revolution" of spring 2005. * Hamas for Sale?
Palestinian news sources reported this month that Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan promised $300 million to the Gaza-based terrorist organization Hamas. According to the Arabic daily al-Hayat, the group's external leaders are fleeing Damascus. Egypt, Tunisia, and Qatar have all reportedly considered hosting Hamas' external headquarters, but each has a generally risk-averse foreign policy, under which the terrorist group would be an undue liability.
In the end, Turkish patronage of Hamas is unlikely. Hamas would destroy whatever remains of its relationship with Iran by moving into regional rival Turkey's orbit. If Hamas remains financially hobbled and homeless, after 24 years of violence, the terror group may have little choice but to bend. Observations:
Israel Is Wide Awake as Decision Time Approaches on Nuclear Iran
* Israel has been publicly debating the wisdom of a military strike on Iran's nuclear program. But it is not "sleepwalking" into a war. The Israeli discourse is a real debate driven by the feeling that Iran's nuclear project is advancing, international resolve is insufficient and regime change does not look imminent.
* Israel perceives a nuclear Iran as a potentially existential threat. The possible combination of extreme Islamism, a messianic leadership calling to "wipe Israel off the map," and nuclear weapons is deeply sobering. Given Israel's collective memory of the Holocaust and its hostile surroundings, Israelis take this threat especially seriously.
* Even assuming Iran can be deterred from using a nuclear bomb, a nuclear Iran will dramatically upset the strategic balance in a region undergoing revolutionary transition. Having defeated international pressure and acquired a nuclear umbrella, Iran will be emboldened as a radical regional pole.
* A nuclear Iran will overshadow the calculations of regional actors, trigger a regional nuclear arms race, destroy the non-proliferation treaty and increase the danger of miscalculation towards a nuclear crisis.
* Iran will escalate its destabilizing power projection, threatening Israel and moderate Arab regimes, undermining any peace process, manipulating energy markets and posing as guardian of certain Muslim communities even beyond the Middle East. Over time, one cannot rule out proliferation to non-state actors. Containment and deterrence will do little to offset these severe consequences.
* The Israeli public debate reflects the fact that Israelis do not want war. Rather, they feel that while the problem is not exclusively theirs, a failure of international pressure will leave them alone with that decision. Far from sleepwalking, Israelis have their eyes wide open and expect others to do the same.

There are also posts all over the Internet that Obama is using a deceased person’s Social Security number. This is NOT true. Mr. Berg continues, “when false information is put out on the Internet and filed in our Courts, it takes away from the factual issue that Obama is not Constitutionally Eligible to be President of the United States.
False information regarding the eligibility of Obama makes the question into the lack of Constitutional eligibility of Obama serving as our President a laughing stock.”
The Social Security death index is located on the Web at http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi . The Social Security death index has the death records, along with Social Security number, of every person in the United States ever assigned a Social Security number who has died.
A simple search of the name “Jean Paul Ludwig” born in 1890 returns no results. See the print-screen attached hereto. A simple search of Social Security number xxx-xx-4425 returns no results for a death of any individual using that number.
A simple search for “Jean Ludwig” returns several deaths, but only one in that name born in 1890, and as can be seen, the Social Security number of this particular Jean Ludwig does not match, nor is it similar to Obama’s Social Security number xxx-xx-4425. See the copy attached hereto:

Questions have also been raised regarding the fact Obama’s Social Security number was issued out of Connecticut instead of Hawaii and that Obama never resided in Connecticut. The state and/or office that issued a Social Security number and/or card is not always the same as where the person the number being assigned to resides.
A brief look at the history of Social Security numbers available through Social Security at http://www.ssa.gov/history/ssn/firstcard.html shows that the State which issues a Social Security number does not have to be and may not be the state in which the person resides.
The “First” Social Security Number (SSN) Issued Through Local Post Offices
Since the Social Security Board did not have a network of field offices in late 1936, it contracted with the U.S. Postal Service to distribute and assign the first batch of Social Security numbers through its 45,000 local post offices around the country.
Of these 45,000 post offices, 1,074 were also designated as “typing centers” where the cards themselves were prepared.
The procedure for issuing the first SSNs were that the SS-4 application forms were to be distributed by the post offices to employers beginning Monday, November 16, 1936. These forms asked the employers to indicate how many employees they had at their place of business.
Using the data from the SS-4 forms, the post offices then supplied an SS-5 form for each employee and these forms (on which the assignment of an SSN was based) were to be distributed by the post offices beginning Tuesday, November 24, 1936.
The completed SS-5 forms were returned to the post office where an SSN would be assigned and a card typed with the name and SSN. This step could happen on one of several ways. The person could return the card in person and wait while the “typing center” prepared their card, or they could hand the form to their local letter carrier, or they could put it in the mail. Once the SSN was assigned and the card typed, the local letter carrier then returned the card to the place of business as a piece of regular mail.
The record of the SSN assignment was sent to Social Security headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, where the master file of SSNs would be kept.
So the first card was issued, sometime in mid-November, 1936, somewhere in one of 1,074 post offices to someone whose identity and SSN are unknown.
In theory, the first card should have been issued on November 24th, but there have been reports of cards showing earlier dates. It is not clear whether the cards with earlier dates were actually issued on that day or whether some post offices predated some of their cards. If the 45,000 local post offices followed their procedures, no cards could have been issued before November 16th, and none should have been issued before November 24th.
But here again, there is always the possibility that some local post offices failed to follow their instructions. The best we can say with certainty is that the first SSN was issued sometime in mid-November 1936. In any case, on whatever day the first card was issued, hundreds of thousands of SSNs were probably issued on that same day, so many people had Social Security cards issued on the very first day they became available.
The First Official SSN
Once the SSN records were received in Baltimore they were grouped in blocks of 1,000 and the master records were created. On December 1, 1936 the first block of 1,000 records were assembled and were ready to start their way through the nine-step process that would result in the creation of a permanent master record and the establishment of an earnings record for the individual.
(Alan note: is this question not running through youor mind? What in heaven is all this anything to do with someone allegedly born in 1965?)
When this first stack was ready, Joe Fay, head of the Division of Accounting Operations in the Candler Building, walked over to the stack, pulled off the top record, and declared it to be the official first Social Security record. (This was the first point in the process where there was enough control to designate an official first card–it would have been impossible to try and identify the first card typed in one of the 1,074 typing centers around the country.) This particular record, (055-09-0001) belonged to John D. Sweeney, Jr., age 23, of New Rochelle, New York. The next day, newspapers around the country announced that Sweeney had been issued the first SSN. It would be more accurate to say that the first Social Security record was established for John David Sweeney, but since master records were invisible to the public and the Social Security card was a very visible token of the program, the newspapers overlooked the nuance.
And so John David Sweeney, Jr. is the closest thing we have to the first person to have received a Social Security card–although his status is more symbolic than actual.
So now that I have given a bit of history, how in the world could someone be issued a SSN in 1890, when the first batch of social security numbers were NOT issued until 1936?
According to the Social Security death index, the majority of the SSN’s issued for Hawaii residence were in fact issued out of CT, see below, there are thousands of records and were issued during the same time period as Obama’s was issued to him, which was in or about 1972.

The Social Security number is a nine-digit number in the format “AAA-GG-SSSS”. The number is divided into three parts. The Area Number, the first three digits, is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1973, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the office code in which the card was issued.
This did not necessarily have to be in the area where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office. Since 1973, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card.
The applicant’s mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, neither prior to 1973, nor since.
Generally, numbers were assigned beginning in the northeast and moving south and westward, so that people on the east coast had the lowest numbers and those on the west coast had the highest numbers. As the areas assigned to a locality are exhausted, new areas from the pool are assigned, so some states have noncontiguous groups of numbers.

The middle two digits are the group number. The group numbers range from 01 to 99.
However, they are not assigned in consecutive order. For administrative reasons, group numbers are issued in the following order:
1. ODD numbers from 01 through 09
2. EVEN numbers from 10 through 98
3. EVEN numbers from 02 through 08
4. ODD numbers from 11 through 99
As an example, group number 98 will be issued before 11.
• The last four digits are serial numbers. They represent a straight numerical sequence of digits from 0001-9999 within the group.
Berg continued, “Soetoro/Obama’s social security number was NOT stolen from an individual born in 1890 who is now dead. Attached is a screen shot from the social security death index, running Soetoro/Obama’s social security number.
If in fact, Obama was using a stolen number from a man born in 1890, who died, it would be showing in the Social Security Death Index. As you can see from the attached picture, no death’s are returned using Obama’s number. Anyone can check the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) by going to http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ .
Berg continued, “The Social Security office in the state of Maryland issues Social Security numbers and cards for people residing all over the United States. Just like in the 70′s, local Social Security offices were and continue to be back-logged, thus Maryland issues the numbers and cards as do other less busy Social Security offices. The state that issued the SSN number and card is not always and does not mean the person had to reside in that state.
Berg continued, “The Birth Certificate issued by Obama on national Television, is believed to be a forgery – it is NOT a long form Birth Certificate.
Even if Obama could produce a long form Birth Certificate, which is highly doubted, it fails to answer the questions into Obama’s adoption and/or birth acknowledgment in Indonesia.”
Berg said, “I have received many calls claiming Obama could not have lost his U.S. citizenship by his mother’s acts of expatriation.
In part this is true, however, the Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) states, “A former citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents
may be naturalized
upon filing a petition for naturalization before reaching age of Twenty-Five [25] years and upon compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the following exceptions:
(b) No former citizen of the United States, expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration laws, if he has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents, and if he has come or shall come to the United States before reaching the age of Twenty-Five [25] years.
(c) After his naturalization such person shall have the same citizenship status as if he had not been expatriated.”
Renewing an Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 is an affirmative act, as you are swearing allegiance to another Country. Soetoro/Obama renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan, which is why he had to stop in Indonesia first.
Remember, in 1981, Dunham was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia.
Obama/Soetoro admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama claims in his book “Dreams From My Father” that he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother.
But again, his mother was not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA [Freedom of Information] request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for Barack H. Obama.”
Berg said, “Despite the above however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a bit more upon his 18th birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives until the age of Twenty-One [21].
Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an Affidavit relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit had to be sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S. citizenship he may have once held.
When it comes to the citizenship of individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague Convention 1930.
During the late 60′s all the way up until 2006 Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006, Indonesia changed their laws to permit dual citizenship; however, Indonesia has had its battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.
From the legal research we have done, it appears that Barry Soetoro [a/k/a Barack Obama] became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was approximately four [4] years old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia.
Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally ‘acknowledging’ Soetoro/Obama as his son or ‘adopted’ Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.
At the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of all family members.
Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A according to the Indonesian school records.
Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a public school, the child’s name and citizenship status were verified through the Indonesian Government.
See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right to education). There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State.
See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that Obama/Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of the United States.
Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).
Furthermore, under the Indonesian Adoption Law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a natural (Indonesian) child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro. See Indonesian Constitution, Article 2.
The Indonesian citizenship law was designed to prevent apatride (stateless) or bipatride (dual) citizenship. Indonesian regulations recognized neither apatride nor bipatride (stateless or dual) citizenship.
Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United States would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.”
As a result of Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian ‘natural’ INDONESIAN citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S. ‘natural born’ status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt.
Soetoro/Obama could have only become ‘naturalized’ if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship indicating ‘naturalized’.
Berg continued, “Regardless, we have been unable to locate any records indicating that Soetoro/Obama attempted to and/or actually did take the proper steps through the State Department in order to be here in our Country legally”.
Further, there is no evidence that Soetoro/Obama ever ‘legally’ changed his name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama – therefore his legal name is still ‘Barry Soetoro’.

A brief look at the history of Social Security numbers available through Social Security at http://www.ssa.gov/history/ssn/firstcard.html shows that the State which issues a Social Security number does not have to be and may not be the state in which the person resides.
The “First” Social Security Number (SSN) Issued Through Local Post Offices
Since the Social Security Board did not have a network of field offices in late 1936, it contracted with the U.S. Postal Service to distribute and assign the first batch of Social Security numbers through its 45,000 local post offices around the country.
Of these 45,000 post offices, 1,074 were also designated as “typing centers” where the cards themselves were prepared.
The procedure for issuing the first SSNs were that the SS-4 application forms were to be distributed by the post offices to employers beginning Monday, November 16, 1936. These forms asked the employers to indicate how many employees they had at their place of business.
Using the data from the SS-4 forms, the post offices then supplied an SS-5 form for each employee and these forms (on which the assignment of an SSN was based) were to be distributed by the post offices beginning Tuesday, November 24, 1936.
The completed SS-5 forms were returned to the post office where an SSN would be assigned and a card typed with the name and SSN. This step could happen on one of several ways. The person could return the card in person and wait while the “typing center” prepared their card, or they could hand the form to their local letter carrier, or they could put it in the mail. Once the SSN was assigned and the card typed, the local letter carrier then returned the card to the place of business as a piece of regular mail.
The record of the SSN assignment was sent to Social Security headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, where the master file of SSNs would be kept.
So the first card was issued, sometime in mid-November, 1936, somewhere in one of 1,074 post offices to someone whose identity and SSN are unknown.
In theory, the first card should have been issued on November 24th, but there have been reports of cards showing earlier dates. It is not clear whether the cards with earlier dates were actually issued on that day or whether some post offices predated some of their cards. If the 45,000 local post offices followed their procedures, no cards could have been issued before November 16th, and none should have been issued before November 24th.
But here again, there is always the possibility that some local post offices failed to follow their instructions. The best we can say with certainty is that the first SSN was issued sometime in mid-November 1936. In any case, on whatever day the first card was issued, hundreds of thousands of SSNs were probably issued on that same day, so many people had Social Security cards issued on the very first day they became available.
The First Official SSN
Once the SSN records were received in Baltimore they were grouped in blocks of 1,000 and the master records were created. On December 1, 1936 the first block of 1,000 records were assembled and were ready to start their way through the nine-step process that would result in the creation of a permanent master record and the establishment of an earnings record for the individual.
(Alan note: is this question not running through youor mind? What in heaven is all this anything to do with someone allegedly born in 1965?)
When this first stack was ready, Joe Fay, head of the Division of Accounting Operations in the Candler Building, walked over to the stack, pulled off the top record, and declared it to be the official first Social Security record. (This was the first point in the process where there was enough control to designate an official first card–it would have been impossible to try and identify the first card typed in one of the 1,074 typing centers around the country.) This particular record, (055-09-0001) belonged to John D. Sweeney, Jr., age 23, of New Rochelle, New York. The next day, newspapers around the country announced that Sweeney had been issued the first SSN. It would be more accurate to say that the first Social Security record was established for John David Sweeney, but since master records were invisible to the public and the Social Security card was a very visible token of the program, the newspapers overlooked the nuance.
And so John David Sweeney, Jr. is the closest thing we have to the first person to have received a Social Security card–although his status is more symbolic than actual.
So now that I have given a bit of history, how in the world could someone be issued a SSN in 1890, when the first batch of social security numbers were NOT issued until 1936?
According to the Social Security death index, the majority of the SSN’s issued for Hawaii residence were in fact issued out of CT, see below, there are thousands of records and were issued during the same time period as Obama’s was issued to him, which was in or about 1972.

The Social Security number is a nine-digit number in the format “AAA-GG-SSSS”. The number is divided into three parts. The Area Number, the first three digits, is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1973, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the office code in which the card was issued.
This did not necessarily have to be in the area where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office. Since 1973, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card.
The applicant’s mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, neither prior to 1973, nor since.
Generally, numbers were assigned beginning in the northeast and moving south and westward, so that people on the east coast had the lowest numbers and those on the west coast had the highest numbers. As the areas assigned to a locality are exhausted, new areas from the pool are assigned, so some states have noncontiguous groups of numbers.

The middle two digits are the group number. The group numbers range from 01 to 99.
However, they are not assigned in consecutive order. For administrative reasons, group numbers are issued in the following order:
1. ODD numbers from 01 through 09
2. EVEN numbers from 10 through 98
3. EVEN numbers from 02 through 08
4. ODD numbers from 11 through 99
As an example, group number 98 will be issued before 11.
• The last four digits are serial numbers. They represent a straight numerical sequence of digits from 0001-9999 within the group.
Berg continued, “Soetoro/Obama’s social security number was NOT stolen from an individual born in 1890 who is now dead. Attached is a screen shot from the social security death index, running Soetoro/Obama’s social security number.
If in fact, Obama was using a stolen number from a man born in 1890, who died, it would be showing in the Social Security Death Index. As you can see from the attached picture, no death’s are returned using Obama’s number. Anyone can check the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) by going to http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ .
Berg continued, “The Social Security office in the state of Maryland issues Social Security numbers and cards for people residing all over the United States. Just like in the 70′s, local Social Security offices were and continue to be back-logged, thus Maryland issues the numbers and cards as do other less busy Social Security offices. The state that issued the SSN number and card is not always and does not mean the person had to reside in that state.
Berg continued, “The Birth Certificate issued by Obama on national Television, is believed to be a forgery – it is NOT a long form Birth Certificate.
Even if Obama could produce a long form Birth Certificate, which is highly doubted, it fails to answer the questions into Obama’s adoption and/or birth acknowledgment in Indonesia.”
Berg said, “I have received many calls claiming Obama could not have lost his U.S. citizenship by his mother’s acts of expatriation.
In part this is true, however, the Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) states, “A former citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents
may be naturalized
upon filing a petition for naturalization before reaching age of Twenty-Five [25] years and upon compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the following exceptions:
(b) No former citizen of the United States, expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration laws, if he has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents, and if he has come or shall come to the United States before reaching the age of Twenty-Five [25] years.
(c) After his naturalization such person shall have the same citizenship status as if he had not been expatriated.”
Renewing an Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 is an affirmative act, as you are swearing allegiance to another Country. Soetoro/Obama renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan, which is why he had to stop in Indonesia first.
Remember, in 1981, Dunham was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia.
Obama/Soetoro admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama claims in his book “Dreams From My Father” that he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother.
But again, his mother was not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA [Freedom of Information] request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for Barack H. Obama.”
Berg said, “Despite the above however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a bit more upon his 18th birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives until the age of Twenty-One [21].
Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an Affidavit relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit had to be sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S. citizenship he may have once held.
When it comes to the citizenship of individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague Convention 1930.
During the late 60′s all the way up until 2006 Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006, Indonesia changed their laws to permit dual citizenship; however, Indonesia has had its battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.
From the legal research we have done, it appears that Barry Soetoro [a/k/a Barack Obama] became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was approximately four [4] years old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia.
Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally ‘acknowledging’ Soetoro/Obama as his son or ‘adopted’ Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.
At the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of all family members.
Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A according to the Indonesian school records.
Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a public school, the child’s name and citizenship status were verified through the Indonesian Government.
See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right to education). There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State.
See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that Obama/Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of the United States.
Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).
Furthermore, under the Indonesian Adoption Law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a natural (Indonesian) child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro. See Indonesian Constitution, Article 2.
The Indonesian citizenship law was designed to prevent apatride (stateless) or bipatride (dual) citizenship. Indonesian regulations recognized neither apatride nor bipatride (stateless or dual) citizenship.
Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United States would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.”
As a result of Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian ‘natural’ INDONESIAN citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S. ‘natural born’ status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt.
Soetoro/Obama could have only become ‘naturalized’ if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship indicating ‘naturalized’.
Berg continued, “Regardless, we have been unable to locate any records indicating that Soetoro/Obama attempted to and/or actually did take the proper steps through the State Department in order to be here in our Country legally”.
Further, there is no evidence that Soetoro/Obama ever ‘legally’ changed his name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama – therefore his legal name is still ‘Barry Soetoro’.
