ARIZONA SECRETARY OF STATE CAVES IN WITHOUT GETTING PROOF

Dear Mr. Benett,

I just received your e-mail sent to my supporter, Netty. My name is Orly Taitz.

I am an attorney, who is challenging Barack Obama in several states and came very close to removing him from the ballot in the state of GA during primary, I will renew my challenge in the general election there and I brought challenges in other states. In MS and IN the legal challenges include Secretaries of States. I am placing you on notice of flagrant forgery in Barack Obama’s birth certificate, selective service certificate and his fraudulent use of CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to e-verify.


As a Secretary of state you are in charge of assuring lawful elections, free of fraud. If, while possessing this knowledge of fraud and forgery , you allow Mr. Obama on the ballot, you are at the very minimum violating your fiduciary duty as a Secretary of State in failing to assure lawful elections, at the maximum you are criminally complicit.

If someone in the city hall would be complicit with a forger, who claimed that your house is actually his house, would you be satisfied in having the same corrupt bureaucrat sending you a note, saying that he has a deed somewhere saying that your house belongs to the forger?

Would you just move out of your house and give the keys to the criminal? Of course not. You would consider that to be a complete idiocy.

You would demand the crook at the city hall to show the original deed, and if he does not provide an original deed, you would sue him together with the forger in RICO, as it would be racketeering and collusion between the forger and a paid governmental employee.

The same thing is going on here. We have a criminal, Barack Hussein Obama, unlawfully occupying the White House and attempting to get on the ballot and extend his tenure for 4 more years, while using a forged birth certificate, forged selective service certificate and a stolen Social Security number.

Two detectives from Maricopa County sheriffs department flew to HI, appeared in the Health Department, demanded to see the original birth certificate and were denied access.

Coupled with evidence of forgery in the alleged copy, this provides for a probable cause to believe that what they have, is the same computer generated forgery, not a genuine birth certificate, created in 1961. Every Secretary of State has fraud investigators.

I am sure you have one as well. In light of all of the above it is your fiduciary duty to send a fraud investigator and a forensic document expert to the Health Department of HI and demand access to the alleged original document for expert examination.

If you do not do that in light of all the evidence, you are violating your fiduciary duty at best or complicit at worst.

I trust that you will not breach your fiduciary duty and will send a fraud investigator and a forensic document expert to HI.

1. Bennett sold out. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see he got nothing. He played (or sold out) to the left and the media’s hand.

3. This needs to be sent to every Secretary of State. We need to hold them all accountable.


4. Mr Bennet did not cave in. He has done as several judges or other law officials have done to spare themselves and their families of the threat of death that Obama and the democrast as well as republicans are bringing upon we the people.


5. This situation with Obama is an abomination on the intentions and words of the Founding Fathers. There is something very mysterious about what and who are Obama’s enablers. 


On one side of the stage I see the Chicago and Hawaii scenarios. 


These are local communists following long practiced plots for ‘change’. 


On the other side of the stage I see the internationalists such as Soros and others who are going for Bush1′s new world order. I believe both sides of the stage are working together. 


This is a very powerful/influential cabal which includes prominent politicians from all states for self service/promotion. A very tough nut to crack so to speak. 


It is a marvel that a lady from another such national historical example is needed to show the citizens of the USA the consequences and cause of the folly of ‘change’.


6, So, does SOS Bennett seriously take the following sentence as “proof”?:

Why are they playing with words??

THAT REFERS TO THE INFO ON THE COLB, not how it was entered. It cannot be compared side by side!!

This should be shared and sent to every Secretary of State. The cave in was announced  before Bennet even OPENED the Email he was sent from Hawaii! It no longer mattered WHAT  it said. He was not going to stand firm in the face of threats to his family.

Even Bill and Hillary Clinton folded when their friends were killed to prevent them running against Obama in 2007/08.

OBAMA BUYING OFF MICHELLE OBAMA WITH GIFTS TO FRIENDS

The Department of Health and Human Services last week announced it had awarded a $5.9 million grant to a University of Chicago Medical Center program tied to Michelle Obama and run by Eric Whitaker, one of President Obama’s closest friends.

The Urban Health Initiative, which received the award, was originally based on a smaller program launched during the last decade by Michelle Obama, who was an executive at the University of Chicago Medical Center before she departed to become first lady. The UHI is headed up by Obama basketball and golf buddy Whitaker, who has known the president since Obama’s days in law school and who also vacations with the first family.

Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett also has ties to the UHI. Until resigning to go work at the White House, Jarrett was Chairman of the University of Chicago Medical Center Board of Trustees. And in 2007, a PR firm run by former senior White House adviser and Obama political guru David Axelrod provided provided public relations strategy advice to the UHI, according to the Washington Post.

There is no specific evidence that any of those linked to the Obamas, or the Obamas themselves, influenced the HHS decision to grant the funding to the UHI. But the large award raises questions about appearance, given the number of Obama associates connected to the program and the involvement of the first lady with its founding.

The UHI won out over lots of competition. According to HHS, some 3,000 applications were received for a share on the $1 billion in 3-year grants available. Only 26 programs were included in the first batch of awards doled out.

An HHS spokesperson said that while “final determinations” were made by the HHS’s CMS Innovation Center Director, objective standards were used in selecting the awards and the White House was not “in any way” involved in the selection of grantees.

“Applications that met the basic eligibility requirements underwent a competitive, objective review,” the spokesperson said. “Independent health care expert review panels from outside government and staff from all across the Department of Health and Human Services reviewed the applications for how well they met the criteria outlined in the grant solicitation, and made recommendations regarding funding . . . scoring was conducted by an independent panel of content experts that was organized by an experienced contractor.”

The awards have been politicized by the administration, which is touting them as part of its “We Can’t Wait” initiative to create jobs by executive action while the White House “waits” for the Republican-led House to act. The Innovation Center was established under Obamacare.

The Urban Health Initiative was founded to help link low-income patients to health providers in their communities.

According to HHS, UHI received the grant to help it, in partnership with other groups, increase patients’ access to health resources by developing an electronic database of health providers that links to electronic health records maintained by “local safety net providers.”

Last week’s award is not the first time money directed toward the UHI has raised red flags. In September, The Daily Caller reported that the private philanthropy of billionaire Obama supporter and donor George Kaiser had donated $10,000 to the UHI during 2009, the same year Kaiser secured the now-infamous $535 million government loan guarantee to failed solar panel maker Solyndra.

THE REAL OBAMA ON RELIGION -2006 and HOW HE HAS CORRUPTED LAW ENFORCEMENT

With White House directives raining down on them to look away at Moslem terrorism ("the war on terror is over") and Eric Holder of the Department of INjustice and Janet Napolitano of Homeland Security impeding any prosecution of  any anti-America activity, the FBI has sadly been emasculated - if they want to keep their jobs. Just as Clinton emasculated the CIA and FBI.


I have known my share of operatives/agents of both agencies in the past and had a respect for their toughness and dedication. The CIA under Clinton became a bunch of desk jockeys and analysts, who had never been there nor done that in the field, forbidden to talk to the FBI to share information - weakening both. Operationally experienced staff resigned in droves!


Now, with the Moslem Brotherhood running Islamic relations (bias in their own favor out of the White House, all FBI and other law enforcement or military forbidden to train agents that terrorism has links to Islam, Obama has rendered them impotent. This story below gives a good indication of this. This is not intended to tar and feather all agents and operatives but the good ones are having to keep their heads down and their mouths shut. Specially when joint anti-terror task forces are concerned.


While the GSA misuses funds, Michelle Obama takes repeated very EXPENSIVE VACATIONS (for instance about half a million dollars for a brief visit to Spain) or Obama "misuses/steals" tax money to pay for his campaigning, or spending TRILLIONS of our dollars on his weird radical agendas, FBI and CIA budgets or other law enforcement officers charged with investigating crime and terrorism have their budgets cut to the bone!


It's not a big leap to think the destruction of America and our culture and values is part of his plans. Is it not ? Prepare to be dominated by Islamic Sharia if he gets re-elected.

The murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December of 2010 was the precipitating factor that led to the first news story concerning the now infamous Fast and Furious scandal involving the ATF, the DOJ, and their scheme to send American guns to Mexican drug cartels.

As that story has developed it has become clear that the government agencies involved in the scandal, including the FBI, were keenly interested in hiding certain information concerning Agent Terry's death, the most obvious being that one of the guns found at the murder scene was identified by whistleblower agents as a Fast and Furious gun and that this gun somehow mysteriously disappeared and never made it to the lab for analysis.

New information that has become available within the last 24 hours indicates another major reason the FBI in particular sought to keep the facts concerning Agent Terry's death a secret.

According to a major investigative report published on April 21 in the Los Angeles Times, the FBI was able to convince a major Mexican drug cartel kingpin to serve as an informant.

And citizen investigative reporter Mike Vanderboegh stated today that this drug kingpin is the one the FBI was attempting to protect when evidence was hidden in Brian Terry's murder.

Vanderboegh was the one who first broke the Fast and Furious story in December of 2010.

On center stage is one Jesus Audel Miramontes-Varela, a chieftain in the Juarez cartel who reportedly once fed one of his victims to a group of lions. Miramontes-Varela had been arrested by FBI agents in Denver in August of 2010 and provided a wealth of information concerning drug routes, shooting deaths, and mass graves.

Under intense interrogation Miramontes-Varela told agents that he wished to trade his knowledge of cartel activity for government protection. He claimed he wanted a new life for his wife and three children.

Interestingly, the FBI was not the only federal agency interested in Miramontes-Varela. The ATF had identified the kingpin as a major player in the Fast and Furious scandal and wanted him arrested. It was then that the ATF released a dangerous gun trafficker, Fabian Celis-Acosta, in May of 2010 on the basis of the criminal's promise that he would help them nab Miramontes-Varela and his brother.

The Miramontes-Varela brothers had illegally purchased firearms in the amount of $250,000 in the Fast and Furious operation. But that is not their only connection with Fast and Furious.

Politico reported on March 28, 2012 that the FBI failed to notify the ATF that the Miramontes-Varela brothers were paid government informants.

Upon hearing the news of the FBI's deliberate tactic of keeping secret the fact that the Miramontes-Varela brothers were informants, and that Celis-Acosta had been released by the ATF upon the promise that he would help nab the brothers, the family of Brian Terry was livid.

Celis-Acosta was one of the main players in the scheme to place U.S. guns in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels, the very activity that Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was investigating at the time of his death.

In a statement to Politico in March of this year, the Terry family wrote,


One can only imagine that if the FBI, DEA and U.S. Attorney personnel had only shared their information with ATF agents that the Miramontes brothers were FBI informants, [then] the entire Fast and Furious debacle could have been avoided.

With this single piece of information, ATF could have chosen not to proceed with Operation Fast and Furious, which ultimately put almost 2,000 assault weapons into the hands of some of the most dangerous criminals in North America. Had this simple piece of information been shared among the different federal law enforcement agencies in Arizona, some 200 Mexican citizens would not have had to lose their lives in needless violence and U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry would still be alive.

And in another pertinent fact concerning this aspect of the case, it was Phoenix ATF Special Agent in Charge Bill Newell who told his agents to back off when they were bearing down on Celis-Acosta and the Miramontes-Varela brothers.

Surgery bans elderly patient over her carbon footprint

An elderly woman was ordered to find a new GP because the “carbon footprint” of her two-mile round trips (ONE mile each way??) to the surgery where she had been treated for 30 years was too large.


Avril Mulcahy, 83, was told to address the “green travelling issues” over her journeys from her home in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, to the West Road Surgery. The surgery wrote to Mrs Mulcahy, telling her to register with a new GP within 28 days.


The letter said: “Our greatest concern is for your health and convenience but also taking into consideration green travelling issues. Re: Carbon footprints and winter weather conditions, we feel it would be advisable for patients to register at surgeries nearer to where they live.


"We would be very grateful if you could make the necessary arrangements to re-register at another practice.”


Mrs Mulcahy, a grandmother, believes the decision was made because she complained about a doctor.


“When I read through the letter, I found it absolutely ridiculous they were saying the reason was to decrease their carbon footprint,” she said. “I have been a patient at the practice for 30 years now, and there has never been any problem.


“To be treated like this, just because I live "too far away" or for what I feel is a reaction to my complaint, is disgraceful. It feels like they are just coming up with an excuse to get rid of me.”

Mrs Mulcahy said she was anxious and worried at having to try to find a new GP. “If they really cared, they could have found me a new practice instead of just basically saying do it yourself,” she said.

“It is a great worry to me as I am elderly and need to get repeat prescriptions for medication. This is really a stress I could do without. I won’t let it rest though, because I feel like I am being treated poorly.”

The West Road Surgery declined to comment. Andrew Stride, the head of governance, risk and customer services for NHS South Essex, said: “We would advise all patients who have concerns about any aspect of local NHS care to contact the patient advice and liaison service.

"While we are unable to comment on individual cases, we would like to assure patients there is a procedure GP practices need to follow before they can remove patients from their lists.”

I counted to 40 attorneys who worked on Obama ForgeryGate and brought evidence, and corrupt judges and commissioners simply spat in their faces.

Some have attacked me and claimed that I didn’t do something right.

Most of the attackers were Obama’s operatives.

Some of the attackers claimed to be on our side. Among them was Dean Haskins, who promoted now defunct Birther summit, Bob Nelson (or Richard Garruth, not sure about the real name) of ORYR (ObamaReleaseYourRecords of BirtherReport, Helen Tansey, who runs Article2 SuperPack or Article2LegalFund, Arlen Williams and to some extent Sam Sewell.

They attacked me and claimed that we did not win in court until now because I did not do something right, because I did not do sufficient work as an attorney. They were telling people not to donate to my work and to donate to other attorneys. They were posting articles calling me names.

Now you can see that I was vindicated on many levels.

First, Arpaio confirmed all of the findings that I brought to court. My experts were saying the same things that Arpaio and his team are saying.

Malihi did not accept the testimony of my witnesses not because the witnesses were not competent to testify, but because Malihi is corrupt and dirty and belongs on the gallows for treason.

I flew at my own expense to HI. I spent thousands of dollars. Corrupt judges in HI disregarded a federal subpoena and disregarded clear provisions of law.

Later a gentleman by name Bill Wolf hired 2 attorneys with 40 years of experience and a corrupt judge simply sent them to hell.

Now people can see that I was not able to get the original birth certificate in Hawaii not because I did not do enough, but because corrupt judges like Nishimura (California), corrupt attorney General Luie, corrupt Deputy Attorney General Nagamine, Director of Health Fuddy, registrar Onaka are simply corrupt and treasonous and belong on the gallows for treason. I am owed an apology from all the people who attacked me and called me names.

You should go to all the people, who claim to be on our side and demand an apology issued for attacking me

Now a corrupt Fulton county judge Cynthia Wright rushed to dismiss 4 cases: mine, Irion’s, Hatfield’s. She did not even read the pleadings. She issued her prepared order within an hour or so of getting the opposition pleadings.

Just to read the opposition arguments and pleadings, to think them over, to write an unbiased opinion, responding to the argument in the opposition papers in 4 cases, takes several hours.

She sent to hell 3 attorneys, one of whom is an elected state representative, and rubber stamped complete garbage written by Obama.

She did it after Arpaio’s press conference, when he stated that Obama’s Papers are forged and there is no evidence of Obama being born in this country. This woman should be hanging from the gallows for high treason against the United States of America.

Same goes for corrupt judges Clay D. Land, Royce Lamberth, corrupt commissioners from the ballot law commission in New Hampshire, corrupt commissioners of the elections law commission in Indiana, corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder, corrupt director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, corrupt Congressmen, corrupt directors of news networks, who told their cameramen not to film the proceedings, not to report on high treason and forgery and fraud in the White House. (They absented themselves)


When you prepare your signs with pictures of all of those corrupt bureaucrats and judges for the April 15 rallies, think of slogans.

Please, send me ideas for slogans, I will publish them, please send me pictures of the corrupt media executives, bureaucrats and judges, who will be a part of our hall of shame.

We have to bring protesters in front of their homes, stand on public sidewalks and shame them. We need to remember their faces and their names, when it is time to try them for high treason.

Please, write open letters to every Attorney General of the state, district attorney, demand criminal charges for treason of corrupt judges and corrupt elected officials.

We need people going to the grand juries in Maricopa COUNTY AND GRAND JURY IN EVERY COUNTY, state and federal grand jury, seeking criminal charges for treason, aiding and abetting forgery and elections fraud. We need indictments around the nation.

FIFTH SENIOR IRGC COMMANDER IN 30-DAYS DIES OF "HEART ATTACK"

The Iranian State media just announced that another high ranking Revolutionary Guard commander, Ahmad Sodagar, has died of a heart attack.

Sodagar, a major general, had served as the head of security and intelligence of the Guards’ Khatam-al-Anbia Base and was the chief commander of the Guards’ Prophet Mohammad Division. He had served in the Iran-Iraq war and, at the time of his death, was the head of the program “Defaeh Moghadas” or Holy Defense.

This is the fifth Guard commander to die because of a heart attack or stroke in the past month.

Those reported to have died before him were:

Vafa Ghafarian (52), a senior Guard officer, former senior manager of the Guards defense industry and electronic warfare, and the active chairman of Iran’s telecommunications. It was announced that he died due to illness, although the exact cause of death was not reported.

Abbas Mehri (52), another senior commander of the Guards, was reported by the Iranian authorities to have died in recent days of a stroke.

Ahmad Siafzadeh (55), former head of the Guards University died in recent days due to heart attack.

Mansour Torkan (50), former Guard commander and general manager of a company affiliated with the municipal office of Tehran. The cause of his death was announced as a stroke.

As reported before, a “Removal Committee” was formed recently by the order of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. The agenda of this committee is based on the possibility of war with the United States. Its mission includes sabotage and assassination before the war, during the war and after the war.

The activities also include “accidental” deaths of opposition members, “suspicious deaths” of those commanders within the Iranian armed forces opposing war, and terrorizing known personalities not in line with Khamenei, then blaming it all on the regime’s enemies. Bombings in public places would again be blamed on the enemies to heighten fear among the populace and consolidate power within loyal forces.

What so few seem to know is that the injection of an air bubble by a slim needle syringe into a vein - similar to drawing blood samples but in reverse, causes a real heart attack. And if the injection point is well chosen and in a hidden location, diagnosis even with today’s science is very dificult.


The target person really does have a true heart attack! All there is as a clue is a hard to find, tiny pin prick.

OBAMANOIDS MASSAGING UNEMPLOYMENT TO FALSE RESULTS

US businesses cranked up hiring in January in a burst of job growth that pulled the US unemployment rate down to 8.3 percent, nearly a three-year low, official data showed Friday.

But Matt McDonald at Hamilton Place Strategies said the decline in the labor force participation rate, to 63.7 percent from 64 percent in December, was a worrying sign that people are still dropping out of the workforce.

"If that full participation rate is the goal, our economy is 'missing' 3.8 million workers," McDonald said.

AND the more acccurate unemployment is 9.3% while REAL unemployment including those who have dropped out and no longer search for work puts the figure at between 16% and 20%! Notice the part of the positive surge  comes from the Administration retaining rather than firing government employees from hugely overblown Departments.

The blockbuster jobs report blew past expectations, providing a shot of good news for President Barack Obama's reelection bid in November. The economy added 243,000 net jobs last month, the Labor Department reported, much better than the average analyst forecast.

Businesses put 257,000 jobs on their payrolls, while government layoffs, which had limited net jobs generation over the past two years, declined.
